My name is Hina 陽菜 Nakamura, The Nebula Shipping Express docking master and member of the board. We had some good deals and business with your team before, and we would like to establish more business if you do not mind. The NSE administration is in need of system cartography and some specific hyperspace coordinates. We have no idea how much time is required to establish the cartography map report and the specific hyperspace coordinates, so here is our request, we would like to hear from you about the time needed and the costs to establish such a request.
We would like full map cartography for the Cambridge system and the Omega 5 system. We are collecting important information concerning a future possible project in those areas, We would like also to request specific hyperspace coordinates 5 kilometers above the Nebula Shipping Express installation at the orbit of planet Cambridge. We would like to ask you also for hyperspace coordinates to the Omircon Delta, Freeport 11. The requested hyperspace coordinates have to be super accurate, so we would like them to be made by Hyperspace Scanners Mk III so they give the most accurate results.
We will wait for a reply from your respected team office including the costs, the time required to gather that information (which can be rough/approximately measured), and the availability of scanning those requested coordinates by the Mk III scanners. We understand that your team is one of the top-notch teams regarding hyperspace technology and we expect that you are the team of choice when it comes to mapping and cartography. Thank you for your time and I will wait for your reply as soon as possible.
Have a good day Mr. Vicci.

Well now, did not expect a job from Nebula. How goes the business selling prosumer technology?
Since we are a small team, our methods of gaining information regarding Rifts, Anomalies, Cartography and other cosmic curiosities are under the banner of efficiency. We have seen these newly developed "Rift-Analyzer"-Class Survey Drive MK III modules. As much as they are the best of the best in terms performance, their drawback is the amount of fuel needed to run them. Our services use the reliable MK II, which I am sure you are already familiar with. We don't own a MK III scanner, so I'm afraid you're out of luck there.
My main cartography pilot Halpert has been complaining about being bored recently. I'm sure this job will distract him enough, usually these jobs take days to complete, sometimes a week, however we are in the process of streamlining our cartography reporting process. We do not have an ETA on when this process will become finalized, though I will say once it is, future reports will become easier to create.
Your words praising our services do make me feel good about starting this company a year ago. Word has gotten around and we will continue to provide these services. Long live the Starfliers!
I feel the need to let you know that we're still occupied trying to find a new system to call home. I and the rest of my pilots appreciate NSE offering it's base as a safe place for us while we sort ourselves out. Thank you.
Well, why would you not expect NSE to contact you for business. We would always love to cooperate with your respected organization. Thank you for asking about how our business is going. It is going very well actually, despite some troubles and issues, which we finally can manage successfully. Concerning the technology required for obtaining our requested coordinates, We would like to offer your organization, the usage of one of our Mk III Surveyors for free. You will have to return the device back to NSE unless you want to buy it. We would offer a good discount in that case indeed, especially for Starfliers.
We understand that this request might take some days or a week to achieve, so no problem at all. We also would like you to feel most welcome. We are happy always to hospitalize the Starfliers on board the NSE installation until you manage to move your HQ installation successfully. Thank you for your time, and we will wait for an answer from you asap.
Have a good day Mr. Vicci.

Thanks for your generosity, I'll forward this message to our Head of Science, Albert. He would surely like to be present on board the NX-01 while we operate the MK III. I accept these terms on the condition that we're able to keep any data gained using this device for our own purposes. That kind of information will be handy when it comes to developing our own technology further down the line - if we ever get that far.
Our system mapping will take a lot of time to complete without our new reporting system. I'd suggest to wait until our teams finish off this software, then we can begin. As for the Rift-Data, I can bring the NX-01 to Cambridge to get the MK III fitted in, then we can get started.
It was a pleasure to utilize one of your mark-three scanners. I have recorded some much needed data about it's use and this will come in handy for future technological developments I am looking into.
I wanted to send off my appreciation for being granted to use the device, however brief it was. Perhaps we, at some point, will purchase one to research it's inner workings and apply the gained knowledge to my other projects.
As for your Rift-Data, you will find all the information has been stored on our servers on our station in Kepler. The access code to your server is: [nse//starfliers.server|access.granted]
I hope that you are in good health, Mr. McKenzie. It is indeed a rich experience, to use the Mk III scanners. The technology involved is sophisticated and the 25k accuracy results are impressive. You are most welcome indeed and there is no need to thank us. It is actually a pleasure to work with such a professional team like yours. It felt as if you guys were into the hyperspace business for ages while your team is newly established as we know.
The data was received and thank you for storing it onboard the Starfliers database. We have been granted access by your code and the data is now collected by our scientists. These two coordinates are 50% of the job so we expect that you will inform us about the system cartography details as soon as possible. We also would like to offer you a look at our newest discounts concerning the hyperspace scanners, since it seems that you might be looking to purchase one of those fancy devices. Until next time.
Have a good evening Mr. McKenzie.

I'm no software engineer, but from what our crew tell me, they have hit a few roadblocks and need more time to get the reporting software running. Rest assured that this will be done, just not as quickly as the two of us may expect.
