You might know, that we are managing Ulster station in Dublin, for which we recently aquired an emergency-license for an additional two weapons platforms.
Well we would like to expand this station, into a business complex of a considerable size. For this endevour we recently managed to aquire an additional two modular bases. However, as it's obvious, they are not positionend where we would like them to be.
So I'm contacting you today, in the hopes of establishing a line of communication to discuss the process, permission as well as security of moving these bases across Bretonian space into the Dublin system.
I look forward to hearing from you.
Best wishes

Director L. Shieffield,
The Kingdom of Bretonia has cooperated closely with your organization in the past months, both in economic matters and on actions to defend the Kingdom and installations of your own group.
We are most grateful to view that TeamConvoyLogistics wishes to extend its operations within Bretonia, however it is of utmost importance that several other points must be well understood by both you and the organization you represent.
Firstly, the registration of the bases must follow the same procedure that is to be followed during a normal base contruction. A total of 600,000,000 Sirius Credits must be paid to the Bretonian Goverment's vessel. More details are available on the main information board, seen here.
Secondly, while we respect the decision of your organization to relocate such installations to the Dublin system, we must inform you that the Kingdom now maintains a stricter policy on new installations. For the registration to be approved, your bases must not be positioned any closer than 15k from both Graves Station, Battleship Essex and a distance of 30k from the main Dublin mining area.
We hope that these terms are acceptable. Please let us know within the shortest time on your intentions to relocate the bases to ensure smooth cooperation.

First of all, thank you for your time. Indeed we appreciate past efforts by Bretonia and we wish to further our relationship.
We regret not being able to tow the two modular bases near Ulster-Station, due to its proximity to Battleship Essex according to these newer regulations. We most certainly don't see it as a possibility, to break up the plannend business-complex consisting of Ulster-Station and the two extensions currently in planning to be moved. However we accept your ruling on these exclusion zones.
In order to follow these zones and keep the complex in one place, we ask permission to tow Ulster-Station away from Battleship Essex, although I'm sure both crews will miss the exchange on R&R among each other. In order to be able to do this, we ask to be granted an exception to paying the registration fees, to be able to cover the additional financial, organizational and personell effort of moving Ulster-Station. The new Location of the complex has yet to be determinend.
On an additional note, we wish to get clearance for the plannend route and if possible an escort stretching from the Cortez-System to the Dublin-System. Both for safety of the civilian population and Installations along the route, and security of the convoy itself. Our Chief of Logistics is currently knee-deep in planning and scanning the route. Maybe you can point us in the direction of someone authorized of handling these requests? Maybe someone from the Bretonian Police Authority or yourself?
Best wishes

Director L. Shieffield,
The Committee for Modular Installations has thoroughly discussed the proposal and an unanimous conclusion has been reached to proceed through as mentioned.
As a result, Ulster is receiving permission to be relocated; The other 2 installations will be relocated with due regard to the Kingdom's new restrictions on modular installations and thus all payments for registration will be forfeited.
Unfortunately, as per the last request in your transmission, we are currently unable to dispatch personnel to assist with the route tracing. We will, however, be more than ready to provide combat support and escorts so that the competent pilots in your organization can safely undergo all needed operations for the task.

I am glad a decision could be reached as decisively as it did.
We are happy to hear that our proposal has been accepted and we will start planning the additional ressources to complete the task, as soon as the planing phase for Operation Juggernaut has been finished.
We do regret however, that you are unable to assist planning the route, though we are glad that you will be able to dispatch vessels to assist the towing-convoy itself.
We will contact you, once the timeline for the move has been fixed.
Thank you for your time.
Best wishes

Director L. Shieffield,
As the representative of the Kingdom of Bretonia, I wish to thank you and your organization once more for the cooperation and dedication shown towards preserving a prosperous partnership. The proposed location is deemed acceptable.
As I have mentioned previously, the Royal Navy and Police Authority will provide escorts once the operation begins and the installations enter Bretonian Space. Please inform us as soon as possible onto the base movement once it is initiated.
I wish you a pleasant day.
