Lya Robbins is a new ENSIGN of the First Armada for their win.
Aurelius Howard Has performed admirably in the tournament but has also been excellent in the field and has even gone on to report on his patrols, a highly sought-after effort from-combat oriented Armada members. He is hereby granted the rank of LIEUTENANT!He can now promote and recruit Caders and Crewmen, and even design and grant his own awards.
