Dear Mr. Simon
Konnichiwa sir, this message is in regards to one of your ships, the [IND]Invisible.Exports, who was found to be operating in Honshu with cargo not allowed by the Kusari Legal Codex. Now Mr. Simon, Kusari and the IND and Interspace as a whole have had good working relationship as of late, and I am sure you share my concern that this small incident will sour that productive and lucrative relationship. I would hate to think that the IND might at some point no longer be welcome in Kusari, to think that Interspace holdings in Kusari might be fines, or even nationalized. That your operations in Okinawa be transfered to Samura. Horrid, horrid thoughts.
Mr. Simon, I think you and I can deal with this situation quickly and quietly, without having to bring anyone else into the discussion, or making a public stink about it, which would surely produce a backlash against Interspace here in Kusari. We are not fear mongers, we would hate to have the Kusari people, people such as the Hogosha and FA, take this incident and use it as an excuse to take the law into their own hands and attack IND ships outside the eyes of the KSP. As I said, I think we can avoid the publicity, and all the problems it would create. Your man here, needs to pay the fine of 5 million credits, standard fine for this type of offense, that along with your promise to have your pilots brush up on their knowledge of the Kusari Legal Codex. We would be glad to ship you some pocket sized, reference versions of the Codex, perfect for giving out to pilots for easy reference. We could provide these to you at no charge at all.
I eagerly await your response. http://i92.photobucket.com/albums/l18/Hawk...0/screen112.jpg
