Sir,
I will remain forever thankful for this gesture of goodwill shown. In the direst of times faced by Bretonia, to be presented with such an ally and support is of extreme value. With it, we will be able to continue our efforts to rebuild what has been destroyed and look forward to a brighter, and, hopefully, a better future. The Crown will not forget about the aid provided. And neither will we, those who represent the Armed Forces.
I put my hope that Rheinland and Bretonia will not be present on opposite sides from this day on. And, moreover, I offer our absolute support in ensuring that the Kaiser will forever remain as Rheinland's leading personality. We will stand by and be ready to provide assistance in any situation, so I ask that you do not hesitate to reach out to me about such support.
Concerning the other parties targetted by this agreement... if the Technocrats attempt to threaten Rheinland, offer me permission to lead the discussions. There are concerning matters to be discussed, and it would be a true disaster to let any opportunity slip away through our fingers.
Good luck, Grand Admiral. I look forward to talking to you in person next time.

Mr. von Thielau,
It is not my preference to backtrack on prior statements, however unfortunate circumstances have led to unfortunate events taking place.
I have been briefed moments ago about an encounter of a merchant vessel with an unwanted entity in the Stuttgart system. I want to assure you that we do not mean any ill intent with this message, however the agreement that we have proudly signed has already been breached. While we normally would overlook the presence of lower-ranked officials of the Technocracy in Rheinland, even with the agreement in place, I ask for an explanation as to how their leader managed to enter Rheinland unopposed and stand in front of such an important planet to your Great House.
For the sake of cordial relations, I also want to remind that the Technocracy is not hunted for its noble task of guarding knowledge, but for the fact that it has been corrupted by Nomad agents, standing unwaveringly in support of humanity's nemesis and against their very own principles. That they utilize questionable means of operation is a whole different matter.
Please take action with great speed. Rheinland cannot allow itself to suffer from the horrors of the Nomad War once more.
