Guten Tag Kollegen,

After our encounter with the libertonian yesterday i must admit i'm getting uneasy with their presence.
This is not our first encounter with them in Rheinland space these days, as shown in our internal reports.
But seeing them flying "on accident" in the Thuringia system is rather... bothersome...
I don't have proof against this vessel, but it can't be an accident that their navy keeps entering our house space.
This is not a question i like to ask, but needs to be asked. Are they scouting our system for a future invasion?

If I may suggest a course of action:
- We should consider filing a formal warning to their navy to back off.
- Encounters with them in our house space should be considered more strict. One warning, else get shot.
- Pre-emptive patrols in our border systems bordering Liberty. It's safer to prevent them entering than to find them inside Rheinland.

It seems Liberty still thinks it can do whatever it wants, let's remind them otherwise...

Your concern for our glorious fatherland is commendable.
What Liberty plans is, at this moment, speculation at best. Distraction at worst. Dwell not too long upon this conundrum, soldier.
Article four, section 4 and its clauses clearly dictate what approach to take in situations like these. Additionally, Großadmiral von Thielau's orders stand.
Be on alert, increase patrols and take all necessary steps to push LSF and Kusari Intelligence out of Rheinland.

However, i do not wish to be deemed a poor host. In case of ensuing hostilites, due to loyal soldiers fulfilling their orders, know the following.
Any and all Liberty aligned military, law or intelligence personnel crossing our borders repeatedly - effectively rendering themselves nothing more than a target - are to be taken into custody and brought to me, if course of combat allows for capture. They wish to get to know Rheinland that well? They may do so the proper way.

Should you and your fellow soldiers be concerned with what these steps may bring, don't.
Their alleged pursuit of criminals into our systems simply led to their unfortunate demise in the line of duty. If Liberty raises the matter as an issue however, we can be completely certain that hunting insurgents and accidentally ending up in Rheinland is nothing but a smokescreen. Effectively showing everyone what this is - a pathetic charade.
If our dear neighbours are that concerned about pirate activity in the systems bordering our respective houses, they could have taken the diplomatic route.
