It will have to be another Admin who finally processes it.
Is there a list of current active admins and moderators around? Inquiries about this issue might be better off between the reporters and any admin that can handle this issue. This particular situation has a lot of people furious. To DSE's point, any post regarding the matter will sway off topic and will end up being locked again.

There are other admins in the staff than @St.Denis, but they aren't as active as him. I would suggest patience as that is all can be done at the moment.

I believe there are but they are rarely seen. Would be nice to put names to roles and ranks etc. So many have left recently

Ja! you are right. All what was wanted was clarification of the process involved. And it certainly wasn't meant otherwise I suspect. Appreciate the on-topic feedback just the same.

As for Bretonia doing this, eh, not nice to do so, but they apparently have the law to back it up https://i.imgur.com/SaWyOc8.png
That law change was a dirty butt-saving exercise, done after the destruction. Another example of the cock up. So many people climbed into them they decided to try and wiggle their way out of it. There literally was no law at all about needing to maintain PoB's. (Here) (Here) They did it because two people have recently taken over BAF and force the issues.
Governments are free to check in unused and/or abandoned bases since the dawn of time and this has never been an issue. I am gonna be blunt. If you build a PoB and don't even answer to the 1 (ONE) thread about their usage, then you will have to swallow up the consequences, chief. Coping and seething every other week and in every single thread that's related to Bretonia and public will only lead to us pushing through a motion that makes sure PoB owners have an actual hell to worry about.
Make no mistake, neither I nor the other individuals who pushed for the destruction of the two bases did so with ill intent. We did so to put an end to the POB spam in Bretonia in a fair and reasonable, aka roleplay-friendly, manner. Likewise, if certain individuals prefer to instigate admins to step in and push for unwanted measures, we can just as much respond in an equal measure by completely limiting how many and when bases get built.
To reiterate, there is no law requirement behind doing activity checks on unused bases. It is only common sense. We'll continue to do so in the coming months.
No, we are not here to babysit players. We send an inRP comm and that's it. Now whether or not it is morally correct is something we don't get involved in.
I personally refuse to enter conversations about BretGov matters outside of that server itself or when bumping important comms. The rest of the members are free to do what they wish, but thus far the consensus is that sending additional PMs is not of importance as we play purely for roleplay.
