Hello.
This channel has probably been dead for some time. The name's Kurt Weinbaum. I represent a crew - one of several - based out of Ithaca. We're working on fixing the place up and getting other "shipping concerns" to work with us.
The previous tenants of Ithaca Base used to trade with the Junkers a lot, exchanging "unofficially acquired" goods for fuel and supplies. Now that the station is back in business, we're looking to do the same.
In particular, we have recently acquired some serious hardware, but we lack the shipbuilding facilities and techs for a refit job of this scale. We'd be interested in using yours, for a negotiable fee, of course.
Let me know if you're interested, and we can discuss the details.

Greetings.
My name is Dante Watson of the Junker Marauders. I've read your transmission a few days ago however, I didn't have the right time or words to write you an answer. I thought that someone from the other Junker groups or an independent Junker might answer your call but it seems this is not the case. I haven't been working much with independent Pirates or any lesser gangs around Sirius. Reading from your transmission you are looking for re-fit and shipbuilding capabilities I am not sure if Congress will approve of that. Concerning your "unofficially acquired" goods I am open to pretty much anything if the price is well enough. Tell me what you think about it Mr. Weinbaum.

Hello, Mr. Watson.
Thanks for getting back to us. We are indeed looking for someone with shipbuilding capabilities. Here's the deal: we have a large asset undergoing repairs that could carry our operation to new heights and really set us apart from the other small-timers, but we need a little help putting in some finishing touches. Like a new drive system, yeah?
It's not a complicated refit, but it would be a lot easier with access to proper facilities, like the ones in Puerto Rico. So, could we rent one of Vieques Shipyard's slipways for our needs? If it's credits your Congress is concerned about, I'm sure we can agree on a price.
I'd share more details, but you never know who might be listening in. Lowest-bidder encryption and all that.
Anyway. This project is our main concern at the moment. But of course, we'll keep you, Mr. Watson, in mind if we need something special delivered for us. Looking forward to a mutually profitable relationship.

Hello again.
I've done some talking and called in some favors. You will be able to use one of the drydocks on Vieques Shipyard in the Puerto Rico system. Clean up and shut off the light after you have done what you need to do.

Hello, Mr. Watson.
Just wanted to let you know that we've visited Vieques Shipyard and your people came through - we're very happy with our ship's engine tests after the refit.
This isn't just a big toy to give the taxmen a good scare. Our little outfit is now capable of deploying strike craft to areas previously unreachable, giving us the ability to operate anywhere in the sector. This will hopefully give us new profit opportunities - and more standing in the underworld.
So thanks - we owe you big time. Let me know if you need a favor from us - or if you could use some cash in one of your accounts.
