I was uncertain about §4.3.
As for my research, I will try to be concise. To put it simply, my work consists of two parts. The first part is the study of special celestial bodies such as black holes, neutron stars, and other anomalies. I am particularly interested in their gravitonic peculiarities, which could have a significant impact on our understanding of the universe.
The second part of my research concerns space travel. Specifically, I am intrigued by the Nomads' ability to travel through space and the energy required for their journeys. It is clear that their Jumpgates are more advanced than the ones humans have developed. I am interested in determining what advantages the Nomads had over humans in this regard.
I believe that by understanding the gravitonic peculiarities of these extraordinary celestial bodies and the advanced technology of the Nomads, we could unlock new possibilities for space travel and exploration.

Because, your ship is not subject to any kind of sanctions and penalties provided for by rule 4.3, this is not a main problem for you at the moment. If you do not need permission to store and transport prohibited resources, then we see no reason to prohibit or restrict you from conducting research in Omicrons, and even more, we support it, because in the evolution of people lies the future.
