Mon amis:
I regret to inform you, after a severe difference of opinion between myself and the leader of Les Vampirs, Diablo, I am resigning my lieutenancy in that organization. I am hereby forming a new Gallic Brigands squadron, to be called Confr?rie du Renard, or Fellowship of the Fox. This group will have the primary objectives, of course, of seperating fools from their wealth and combating the Royal menace. However, we intend to work closely with our allies on these issues.
First and foremost, to my former capitane. I bear no animosity toward you, and would like to continue flying with you. I see us becoming two halves of the same organization, the realistique and the idealistique. However, I cannot and will not take arms against those who would fight the Royals. Any {CdR} who takes up arms against any Gallic unlawful *including Les Vampirs* for any reason but immediate self-defense will be instantly expelled - out of the nearest airlock, for exceptional acts of stupidity. To all pilots of Les Vampirs, I neither urge you to join us nor spurn you. You must act as your consience dictates.
Secondly, to members of le Council, les Maquis and le Union Corse, bonjour! Please bear with us whilst we organize ourselves. I look forward to combating the Royals on your side, and I hope you will ignore the occasional Sirian transport gone missing.
Lastly, to the Junkers. Your time collaborating with our enemies is over. Say your prayers now, for there is a new fox amongst the hens...
Be kinder than necessary, because everyone you meet is fighting some kind of battle.

Ah! Bonjour. My sources have told me of the break between the Les Vampirs and your new group, I don't know whether to be celebrating with wine or extremely disappointed! *He laughs*
Madam Austin and Myself will gladly help you organize yourselves. As we bare no ill-will towards former members of the Les Vampirs. I wish to welcome your new squadron with open arms.
If ill-will between the Fellowship, and the Les Vampirs does break out into a small civil war, we will gladly help crush them. However, we shall remain neutral in this political problem between the Fellowship and the Vampirs. I do not speak for the Union Corse or the Council, but I'm sure they'll remain neutral in any political affairs.
Until then we shall keep our eyes on both the Fellowship and the Vampirs. As history seems to repeat itself no?
*A light laugh is heard.*
Very well! Monsieur, the future looks bright upon you!
Sir, I am going to do everything in my power to prevent a conflict between Vampirs and Renauds. Much depends on the leader of the Vampirs, obviously, but for my own part, I have no stomach for fighting anyone but the Royals, their Junker lapdogs, and overconfidant or foolish transport escorts. However, should the worst come to pass, I would still prefer that you stay clear of any conflict unless Vampirs pursue {CdR} in the unlikely event of a retreat.

I am surprised that you have any feet left to shoot yourself in, "mon ami". This petty internal squabbling serves no purpose but to weaken the fraternite' we have struggled to maintain against the Royalists.
However, as "guests" of the Maquis on Grenoble, and "neighbors" of the Brigands, the Nines Sisters Lodge will attempt to maintain cordial relations with ALL who fight in the name of Revolution.
And to the gentleman of this new Confrerie.. you have neglected to give us your name, M'sieur, unless we have missed it in some previous communication. I am Comte Cagliostro, Grand Master of les Neuf Soeurs in exile from New Paris.
And you are..?

I have had a most cordial meeting with Diablo just now. He assures me that Les Vampires and Confrerie du Renard will remain close friends, as long as we do not recruit from the ranks of the Vampirs. This was never my intent in the first place, so it troubles me not at all to agree to it.
Long live the Brigands! Vive le Revolution!
