Monsieur's, I am sorry for this early transmission however it is of utter importance. This morning I was 'greeted' by a Brigand Gunboat, ID'd as Maquis. The Transponder was showing Maquis aswell. I was on my way out after scouting near the minefield when this Gunboat appeared. He didn't bother helping against the Royalist ship that came in and attacked us. Until the bombers started hitting him.
However that is not why I bring this to your attention. This 'Maquis' is being labeled a traitor by myself. As it seems he's in league with that rat of a Brigand "Monsieur Diablo". Now we all know of Monsieur Diablo's recent "Upstart" with the Union Corse, it would appear that he has aid from a lonely Gunboat within the Maquis.
This Gunboat's Captaine has decided to openly talk about the Union Corse aiding the Royalists, which again we know is not true. I have taken steps into my own hand to begin outlawing this Royalist lapdog. I would like the Union Corse to begin doing the same. As for the Council, I wish for you to hear this message aswell. We cannot have morons like this running about with high powered weaponry. That weaponry being Council.
Union Corse Godfathers. I, Jacques Salois, will personally turn my back on this traitor of a Maquis. Have at him, if you will.
We, the Maquis, have no intention of firing the first shot. However, we will defend ourselves if these imbeciles keep thinking they run this Revolution and feel that they can start turning on our own allies. I do admit I was a tad bit aggraveted in those two transmission logs, but I will not stand aside while some imbecile running about with a Maquis transponder is killing fellow allies in this just cause. Who cares if the Union Corse deals with the Gallic Royal Police, it's well known the Police are cowards and theives themselves! Attacking the very citizens they 'swore' to protect! The Corse only deal with these Police to protect the Revolutionary supply lines. Nothing more. I'm sure the Godfathers will agree on this.
Au Revoir.

Bonjour monsieur Salois.
Seems like the Guillotine finally managed to cross the line.
The Corse will find them, and we try to talk to them.If that doesn't work,we will have to "silence" those fools.
On a side note:
I've been thinking, and you know,it really makes sense.
We never saw them fighting the Royalists,as you said, they did not helped you. That leads me to the thought they are working for them. And their task is to end our partnership by making you believe that we are the traitors.Firstly,I believe that's not possible, because no Maqui will do this.
But after some time...well..you know what I mean.
Merci for the warning monsieur Salois.
Also, that is correct.I can assure you that we will never betray the Maquis or the Brigands.

Messieurs,
I prefer to keep quiet. I prefer to be unknown. I prefer to be clandestine.
I prefer to stay quiet, as my powers depend on my silence and the ambiguity of myself in the minds of all who might be concerned with myself. I prefer to be the spider in hiding rather than the spider waiting in the very center of the web.
However, messieurs, be assured that I still have a web.
There are times, however, when even the spider in hiding must make himself known, and this is one of the times in which I must speak my piece to the rest of those who have the Revolution in their souls.
This latest message is troubling; and has evoked a response from me, given its gravity...
This piece of news is, most unfortunately, food for thought.
Specifically, it is food for thought that I wish to refrain from masticating, as its flavour is rather unpleasant.
The flavour of traitorous Maquis... it is as putrid as the hasty pairing of a cheese and wine.
Duty, however, to not only my Unione, but also to the entire Revolution, compels me to mull these matters over in my mind and prepare a response. I have spent some time in thought upon these matters since I recieved your initial message, Monsieur Salois.
Having thought these disturbing matters over, I present to you three simple statements on this matter.
Those who do not stand in the way of the Royalists stand in the way of the Revolution.
Those who stand in the way of the Revolution must be removed for the Revolution to continue.
The Revolution must continue.
That is my ultimatum on this matter, that is all.
I am sure my brothers in the Unione will be quite disposed towards taking care of this matter.
