Greetings,
I believe that some of your men are happy triggered... which was deadly for 4 of my fellow Junker crew members. I was inspecting the holds to see if there wasn't a slave remaining in the it, when red alert was given. The ship was being fired on, and since I wasn't close of any radio transmitter, I was unable to communicate the attacking ship. As the ship was tearing apart, me and my crew managed to make a run for the escape pods and reach Malta... well, most of my crew. 4 of them Junkers got stuck up there and died. 4 of my best men. Now, 101st, I need to remind you that Junkers are important distributors of cardamine in Sirius, and you need as many Junkers you can have do to the distribution for you.
All I ask in exchange of this incident and for me to keep on dealing cardamine is a credit compensation, and I think we'll be even.
This is disturbing. The pilot is new, that may have something to do with the incident. However, I notice in your screenshot that you have not displayed the conversation you obviously had post-incident with the pilot. Please allow six to eight weeks for delivery.
ADDENDUM: Well, the Jury's back in. Our investigation reveals that the vessel in question refused to answer to three separate hails and multiple warning shots across the bow, angrier warning shots into the shield, and very distressed warning shots into the hull. Refusal to comply at this point is usually taken to indicate hostile intent, so I can understand why my new boy might have been a tad trigger happy and separated you from your hull via Kraken. And how does that make you feel?

This still is unacceptable behaviour. In what is a Junker orbiting Malta dangerous? Was there any menace from me? Your man destroyed my ship simply because I was unable to reach a radio. Now, maybe my Guard status scared him or something.
But until I have credits compensation, I refuse to deal Cardamine and Slaves with Malta.

Independant Junker Guard

Unnacceptable my ass (And I'm told that says a lot). If you can't get to a radio after three separate hails and you're taking your ship through a high-traffic area filled with large transports and military craft then there's a problem, and my pilot was quite justified in destroying you. Vessels on approach that refuse to respond to hails and warning shots are considered hostile. Unresponsive hulks of beryllium and niobium in low orbit around Malta are a menace. It's in the handbook. We apologize, sir, but no monetary compensation can be made. We don't give handouts when the party in question has made millions off of us by providing a good which is, quite frankly, overpriced unimaginably, for his own damn incompetence. Take your bloody slaves somewhere else. There are thousands of slavers to fill the gap of one.
