" Mr. Barak and Honorable members of the Black Dragon Society ,
I am sorry to disturb you , as I'm sure you have things to attend to. However , the subject at hand obliges me to inform you of the the situation that has unfolded. I do this as a gesture of good will and in order to protect what we have created - mutual respect between our, very different organizations.
As I'm sure you have heard , one of the members of the Order High Command , has turned against us for reasons not yet known to us. The operative in question is the well known , to you , Admiral Aki Kimura , or former admiral , if I may be more precise.
The person in question has been successful in taking command of the Order Light Carrier - Basted and we are having a difficult time tracking the ships signal. However , reports from our agents show that the ship may be in Kusari space.
It is because of that , that I have contacted you , sirs. If your forces come across the ship in question , I ask you to notify us as soon as possible. From what I hear , the behavior of the deflected operative is disturbing and unpredictable , if she is to open fire at you , we shall understand your need for self defense. However , I ask that you cripple the ship if possible and not destroy it , on the count of the fact that we can salvage the vessel and of course wish to bring the deflected agent and her crew to justice.
Of course , that may prove harder then it sounds and for that my advice is to simply notify our forces about the whereabouts of the vessel.
I am sure you will understand that I cannot help you , by providing information about the ship and it's weaknesses.

Konnichiwa admiral Bre'Delakorsa,
I think you should find yourself in a difficult position to find Taishi Barak at this time. He has passed from our presence. In their wisdom, the council of elders have chosen me to take his place.
Now then, to the purpose of this meeting. The Artisans of Kyushu would be happy to assist in apprehending this woman. She is no friend of ours, of that we can be sure. If we do find her, you will be the first gaijin to know.
As to the ship itself, you have your secrets, Kusari has its own. I don't see any problems in keeping them to ourselves.
Sayonara,
~Sousuke Patro

[12:49:19 AM] Elgatodiablo: You know its nice that you have all that proof and all, Bacon... but I just don't believe you.
We've received your message and understand your need for discretion in this matter. We will be keep an eye out for the rebel Kimura and her vessel. If we locate her we will disable her vessel and tow it to the Tottori system where it will be safe from wandering eyes until you can retrieve it.
" Thank you for the swift replies and for the understanding of the situation. We are taking measures to contain the threat that this renegade posses. "
" On a personal note. My deepest apologies , Mr. Patro , I was not aware that Mr. Barak has passed away. I can only hope that you will be as reliable and strong minded as he was. "

Hitomi,
Regarding your communiction this evening, as Chief of The Bureau (Hogosha Security) I'll ensure that my agents are at full alert for this Kimura individual.
As soon as she can be located I will issue instructions to disappear her to Tottori as you suggest, ready for collection by Admiral Mirage Bre'Delakorsa's people.
I personally guarantee Hogosha Security Forces discretion in this sensitive matter.
*Cough* Would you care to review information "offered" by her whilst in Hogosha secure accomodation?
" Good evening honorable members of the Kusari elite ,
I contact you once more to inform you that our stolen ship has been last spotted at the very edge of House Kusari , a territory that , if our information is correct , is populated by the Blood Dragons and the Golden Chrysanthemums. We have reasons to believe that Kimura may contact one of those two organizations , however we have no way to confirm this information , part from a full scale offensive move by one of the Order fleets. Something that we wish to avoid for the time being.
Apart from that , it appears that our missing ship is becoming more of a threat that we have imagined. Several vessels where destroyed by it , many innocent people have lost there lives , because of the careless actions of this renegade operative.
Impulsive , reckless and light headed are words , which best describe this person. If she is not stopped , we fear that many delicate diplomatic positions that we have , with many factions across Sirius , may be lost , as a result of the actions of one disgraceful person.
Our understanding of the parties of Kusari is very limited , the Blood Dragons are a group that we haven't contacted in a very long time , however we know that they have turned into nothing more then a pirate organization and as such we have no idea how they might react to Order presence in their systems. We also have no way of contacting them directly. Since your organizations combat them on a daily basis , perhaps you might notice something , regarding the traitor.
The other pirate organization that we suspect , might hide Kimura are the Golden Chrysanthemums , a group of which we know very little and have had no contact with. However , we know of the structural foundations of the organization and since our traitor is from the same gendre , the GS might have given her shelter.
What you should be looking for are signs of fuel movements. Our missing ship requires a large amount of H-Fuel to continue operating. Re-fueling it will definitely not be easy for a pirate organization with limited resources , so you might be able to track raids on fuel convoys within Kusari.
The Order trusts that your organizations will be able to deal with something like this in their own home , for that we will not request any fleet mobilization within Kusari. But I ask that you keep in mind the possibility that we may ask to be allowed to mobilize warships in Kusari."
