I've received a rather alarming report from one of my pilots about your little toy, Prometheus. Specifically that a SOB-controlled battleship had the nerve to fly into Kusari, to Hokkaido, and attempted to dock Ainu depot without our permission and in direct violation of several orders to halt. It was informed that it was not allowed to dock Ainu Depot, but did so anyway. After that it also threatened my pilots and was about to fire on them.
As my pilot reports, one of your people; 'Pinz' gave this thing orders to begin firing on us, and it would have if not for a rather fortunate technical problem aboard your 'Harvester.'
If you can't respect the Chrysanthemums, than you won't receive our respect. And if you cannot reign in your ships, we'll deal with them ourselves, and you won't like that. If we see it anywhere near Ainu again, it will be destroyed.
Kusari belongs to the Chrysanthemums and the Blood Dragons, not the Outcasts. It'd do you well to remember that.

Hola Amigo,
Seems there was some type of misunderstanding in your zone of influence with a ship that is partially under our influence.
Prometheus is on a direct order to explore & survey all systems allied to us in an effort to help protect our Cardamine shipping lanes & to monitor & assist with any aid possible our allied brethren.
As I understand it, A dark matter storm was approaching & you men refused shelter to our ship at Aniu.
This is fine if such actions were deemed necessary, But also shows the lack of hospitality you was once known for to your closest allies & suppliers of Cardamine. Data scan records show our ship did not dock as your men requested & yet they still chased it & fired upon it with cruise disruptors in attempts to keep it from leaving the area. This is a odd conflicting ordeal as if they claimed to be wanting it to leave , why fire weapons that would slow it's progress out of that system?
As for now, I will monitor the situation & work on a reasonable action to be taken if needed.
But as it stands, refusing dock privileges & firing upon an allied ship is currently not sitting well with me at all.

If you order you battleships to scout around allied territory, you'd do well to inform those allies of it ahead of time Diablo.
Battleships can survive dark matter and ion storms on their own quite well. Can't exactly fit a battleship inside Ainu Depot, can you? Your battleship was told to stand still and explain its reasons for being near Ainu and in Hokkaido with a massive warship. It didn't respond, but charged its cruise engines and headed straight for Ainu, ignoring my pilots. Of course they fired cruise disrupters at the ship. But tell me, does that cause irreparable harm to it? No. Does your battleship threatening to fire on my transports cause irreparable harm? Yes.
We respect you in Omicron Alpha, you respect us in Kusari. I don't want to see your battleships showing up there again unannounced.

We already had a long term agreement with the Elders of the GC, that SOB would assist, patrol & defend Aniu when ever we could. This agreement was made long before Kiretsu ever showed up in the area & unless informed by our ally the GC, we shall continue to do so.
If the Kiretsu have acquired the station known as Aniu, then some type of notice should have been given stating as such.
I will not apologize nor defend the actions of my ships that are following orders to live up to our end of an agreement with a close ally.
I suggest you take this matter up with GC & we will await their decision.

Now that I find interesting.. Considering the Kiretsu have been around longer then your Brigade has existed. I don't care what agreements you have with the Elders concerning some of your ships, but even they, I think, would object to a battleship showing up outside Ainu without ever announcing its presence, its reason for being there, asking for permission, or responding to our pilots when they stopped it and demanded it state its business being there. It is a battleship after all.
The Elders have been neglecting their duties and have let their personal desires and greed control them these days. I've been leading my own pilots and theirs both lately. They can object to my objection all they want, but it still stands and will continue to do so. The Elders have squandered their power. They have left Ainu unprotected time and again. The Elders have no control over Kiretsu, and we won't follow their orders.
I will only say this one last time; You're battleships are not welcome at Ainu unless we ask them to be there. By abusing your privileges to bring ships to Ainu you've brought this on yourselves. We will not allow you foolish captains, machines, or whatever flies your other battleships to endanger our bases by pulling risky stunts such as flying a battleship through Kyushu and straight to our base. We survive by secrecy, and a battleship definitely doesn't move stealthily. If we find your battleships at Ainu, they will be fired upon. Feel free to send any other ships you with, but not battleships. You don't want to escalate this conflict or you may find Kusari a less hospitable place for you.
