We realize that your alliance with the Lane Hackers has left your organization and mine at odds with one another. This relationship has always puzzled us, because an organization as large, well-organized, well-armed, and well-funded as yours should have no need to submit itself to another group.
While we do receive support from the Liberty Navy and the Liberty Police, Incorporated, this is merely a business practice and in no way indicates that we are supporters of the political policies they represent. War, after all, is bad for business, especially when that business leads you to have clients on both sides of the conflict. In the end, our goals are simple- maximize profit and extend our market dominance.
We suspect that your ambitions are much higher than to simply work as lackeys for the Outcasts or as lackeys of lackeys for the Lane Hackers. It is on this note that we would like to extend an offering of mutual understanding between our organizations.
Now, of course, a business relationship as I am about to propose would appear at first glance to benefit our organization more than yours. However, while we cannot offer you huge sums of credits at this moment (our bankers would get suspicious), we can offer you the following:
-Information regarding those who trade in our products and Ageira employees who have not integrated themselves into our corporate structure. This might allow you to strike with greater precision,
-Access to a limited number of our Havoc MkII bombers, which are top-of-the-line,
-Tip-offs right after we have made a delivery to a Construction Site, which will allow you to strike and take away as many raw resources as possible, also increasing our client's need to buy replacement parts from us,
-Employment for any among you who, for whatever reason, are retired from active duty on good terms but can still fly within our Security Division (we could use some experienced pilots). This opportunity will allow those pilots to also hunt down those trader who have stolen our technology with the blessing of our company and the Libertonian government,
and most importantly,
-A high position in our company is open- that of Security Division Chief- for any member of your choosing. It pays well, and offers an unparalleled opportunity to get close to the Libertonian corporate, political, and military structure, as well as to gain a better understanding of corporate trade routes and military patrol routes, and access to the weapons that have been made available for our employees.
Furthermore, this position will allow you to purchase unlimited quantities of our other products at below-market prices, including light arms, super alloys, and Super Conductors, all of which any fleet of your size could certainly use.
Needless to say, forming a partnership with your organization will reduce our reliance on the Liberty Navy.
Of course, we can keep this arrangement under wraps. Let us know what you think.

An interesting proposal. You're quite right. We're hardly lackeys so much as partners by necessity. Make no mistake; we don't rub shoulders with criminals by choice.
On the other hand, I have to ask you two questions. Why would a company such as Ageira come to an organization such as the Legion? We are, after all, ah... "class zero terrorists".
*chuckles darkly*
But really, why would you come to us? What do you want? A company such as yours hardly risks criminalization by the ever-powerful military of Liberty for good feelings. You want something from us. I want to know what.
On top of that, why should we trust you? I'm sure you realize our precarious position. The Legion can't afford to take unnecessary risks. Why would we take this one? As you have already pointed out, your relations to our... associates... are rather poor.
Once you answer me these questions to my satisfaction, I will respond to your actual proposal.
Thank you for your time. I, too, hope we can work together.
Of course, we realize that this move would be risky for our company, considering that we have a heavy stake in the status quo. Let us make it clear- we do not wish ourselves to overthrow the current Libertonian government. However, we recognize that not all groups that have been classified by the government as "terrorists" are completely unreasonable.
As you can see from what our offer is, our company has a fair amount to gain from the potential agreement- one less enemy, for starters. Second, potential access to a number of very skilled pilots to hire and use their expertise on security issues, and to eliminate our competition.
Furthermore, we both know that the Lane Hackers are no friends of ours. By arranging a separate agreement with your organization, the Lane Hackers stand to lose a valuable weapon in their senseless crusade against Ageira.
We do not seek to become criminals in this deal; we hope that if you gain access to any of our technology that you will refrain from revealing its source, and refer to it as "stolen". Again, we have no huge quarrel with the Liberty Navy, which is why we will continue to fill contracts with them (as long as they remain in power). But we realize that the Hellfire Legion has a large and growing influence, and we want you to be aware that Ageira is a progressive company, that we are willing to cooperate with any reasonable men or women, and that we are prepared to change our policies and practices to adjust to any new or developing political situations.
Why should you trust me, you ask? I have no idea. It's up to you, really. At this point, there is not a whole lot Ageira could do to harm the Legion other than withholding the benefits mentioned in my original transmission.
Thank you.

That makes sense. I can see why you're coming to us, then. Not many people understand that so-called "terrorists" are not innately evil or indeed innately criminal. I'm sure you understand my need for caution.
Regardless, the Legion is very much interested in this proposal. I'd say this business partnership would in fact be mutually beneficial.
One concern I do have, however, is in regard to the Havoc Mark Two class bombers. Any kind of mass-usage of these ships would cause suspicion. However, mass usage as a supplement for our own ships is the only real way they'd be at all useful to us. No offense meant, but we don't need them for their technological superiority. Our own ships have that more than covered. The only way they would be useful to us is by numbers. Perhaps you can offer a solution for this?
We're glad to hear you are interested. My instinct was correct in telling me that this could be a mutually beneficial arrangement.
And yes, you are right when you state that mass use of our ships would cause suspicion, and we realize that you already have a decent line of ships of your own. However, if you are still interested, we would be glad to provide a few ships for you to test and for your engineers and tacticians to figure out how you could put our ship to use, if you desire to use it at all. Furthermore, massive use of our ships is not necessarily impossible. It appears that you have an enemy that is not among our clients- the SCRA. You would be more than welcome to procure numerous brand-new Havocs from us at market price if you agree to use them on the SCRA front.
Anyways, let me know what you think, and we can proceed to prepare and sign a document to finalize the deal.

This "front" with the Coalition isn't so much a front as a long-range passive aggression. Where are you getting your information, anyways?
I still fail to see why we have any kind of need at all for these Havoc bombers. It would only endanger your operations. The endangerment of civilian enterprises would work in adversity to our goals. In addition, it could cause strained relations with some of our own partners, and in general would not be beneficial. Unless you see another alternative, I suggest an amendment to the contract.
Perhaps in addition to offering a very limited number of Havoc class bombers - five, I'd say - you could offer us a favor. Nothing comes to mind at the moment, but I want to be sure we can count on having your expertise at little or no addition cost to ourselves if we need it desperately.
If you can agree to this, then we can most certain sign an official contract including this and the other clauses.-

As you may have heard, the Leadership of Ageira has changed. Let me introduce myself. My name is Samuel G. Burns, and I am the new director of the Ageira company, so you may say that I am making the rules on my side of the deal now.
I am an honest and a good man, and that's why I will continue the work that our former director started.
As for now, all I need is to know this - Is your side still up for the deal? Are the terms still acceptable for you?
If you answer both with *cough* yes *cough*, then this deal could still be beneficial for both of us...I mean our groups.....
