I would like to ask how is USI planning on how to move on from this post given there had been rules introduced just to stop that kind of behavior from happening and that none of infractions known to me had happened anywhere within space controlled by House of Liberty. Copying relevant lines from official disco rules of what I am actually meaning by this.
Liberty
Sovereign House Space: New York*, Alaska, California, Colorado, Ontario, Texas, Virginia.
House Controlled Space: Alberta, Pennsylvania
House Outer Region: Kansas
Sovereign House Space
- House Military, Police, and Intelligence factions may enforce roleplay consequences upon any players, factions and POBs found breaking House Laws within Sovereign House Space.
House Controlled Space
- House Military, Police, and Intelligence factions may enforce roleplay consequences upon any players, factions, and POBs found breaking House Laws within House Controlled Space, only if they are personally there to witness the legal infraction while uncloaked and equipped with a House Military, Police, or Intelligence faction ID.
Outer Regional Space
- House Military, Police, and Intelligence factions may enforce roleplay consequences upon any players and factions found breaking House Laws within Outer Regional Space, only if they are personally there to witness to the legal infraction while uncloaked and equipped with a House Military, Police, or Intelligence faction ID.
- House Military, Police, and Intelligence factions may not enforce roleplay consequences upon non-hostile POBs, breaking House Laws or not, within Outer Regional Space.
If I can ascertain correctly from your question, you deem USI in the wrong for reporting to her Government the suspected criminal acts being conducted in allied space by a neutral party to Liberty and asking her Government to back up what is considered Liberty's premier shipper?

Universal simply notified the government, after fourteen employees of ours and Liberty citizens were killed. In fact we were asked too many times to report what is going on.
Even inRP it doesn't make any sense that, in Corporate Influenced Government, one corporation gets yeeted by some " loose confederation of miners" and doesn't do anything to save its Employees.
I don't think we broke any server rules by writing this comm. Please keep in mind this:
Of course it makes sense inRP for a House Corp to report to their Govt that "Hey! We're being attacked!". Nothing wrong IMO from the USI side. Sadly, Liberty has decided to ignore both server rules and inRP Laws of Liberty and brand IMG hostile for actions which did not happen inside their House space, which is through no fault of USI.

Neither server rules, nor Liberty Laws was ignored.

Not by USI.
Though, granted, just because the rules say 'may enforce roleplay consequences on things happening within House space' doesn't explicitly state that 'may not enforce roleplay consequences on things happening outside', but I interpreted it as such.

We agree to disagree then. It's low form to hijack USI feedback to complain about LibGov about actions that were approved by staff. It's also not against the laws to outlaw terrorists even if they committed acts against Liberty outside Liberty. Rules are not shield and sword to use for advantage. They are here to keep fair and kind play in check. Now, I urge you not to respond as this is USI feedback thread. You can go and complain to admins how LibGov broke rules and see what happens.
