,the last several days have changed my life completely and utterly. I lost a dear friend of mine that saved my life on yet another occasion, but gained new ones.
I understand that you do not allow your technology into other people hands, but I have proven my worth as a Captain of one of your Gunboats. The circumstances in which I assumed command over the vessel are grievous, but that is the reality. Nicholas is no more.
What I am asking of you is that you allow me to remain in command of the Erzengel. I do not request that the current crew of the vessel remains with me, but if some of them are willing to remain they are more then welcome.
The repairs will be financed by myself, I have some credits on a hidden bank account, credits for shall we say grim days. I eagerly anticipate your answer.

Guten tag once again.
Almost seems as if you're damned to this fate. I heard what you did back in Omega-47, and it was impressive to say the least. The Erzengel was christened unlike any other ship in the defence forces... the death of the previous captain, while tragic, did leave a position open. The least I could do is let you continue what you started... captain Valen.
I agree that this is a tragic event that put me in this position, and although gone Nicholas gave me a chance to prove myself. For that I thank him.
These are most excellent news mein Herren! I shall contact you when the repairs are to be started, as well as providing the Vogtland engineers the credits for these repairs.
Danke mein Herren for allowing me to remain in command. I will not let you down.
