Mr. Matsuo,
I suggest you learn to properly read instead of jumping to conclusions after reading only half a sentence.
' Wrote:Perhaps I am misunderstanding the information provided by Cpt. Vanessa Duke, but I am under the impression that all Plutonium shipments Kishiro vessels would be bringing to Gran Canaria are hereby blocked, and all supplies Samura would be bringing are blocked as well?
More light could be shed to this decision and explain to Kusari Keiretsus how is it possible that Zoner ships are more than welcome to come to Kusari taking all the supplies they need and yet, deny us to do the same?
As long as those vessels are not involved in the [color=#CCFFFF]economic warfare mining operations in Dublin, they will not be hindered by my vessel from entering Omega 49, as long as all NFZ regulations remain unviolated.
What other Zoner vessels will do depends on their captains discretion and the Gran Canarian governments decission. My vessel doesn't fly under the CoZ's flag for personal reasons, but I am a Zoner Guard captain nonetheless. This means that my vessel will ensure that no non-Zoner party will gain any advantage over any other from our NFZ's or the treaties we have.
' Wrote:As for Kusari being far from Omega 49, I am not aware who should be on the recieving end of your statement. Your charts or Kusari, since from Kusarian system Leeds to Omega 49 is one, war divided, scum infested, gold filled system.
In short, Zoners do not care about your war or how you paint and colour your maps, as long as it stays out of our NFZ's and out of Omega 49. Drag it into either, and you are becoming our problem.
Zoners are a neutral party concerning your war, but we can only stay neutral as long as you do not force us to take sides. Neither Kusari nor us Zoners would want BAF to have cart blanche to hunt Kusari vessels in Omega 49... but this is one of the possible outcomes if your war efforts continue to touch Omega 49.

I would like to thank you for clearing bit more of your time and remaining firm on your unpleasant tone to explain to us at Kishiro Technologies just when exactly are we welcome in Omega 49. However, I am aware of some things as chain of command, and I will wait until proper CoZ representative appears before taking actions based on your words.

First, you all need to stop squabbling at each other on a public comm channel. Now, from what I understand, this message was sent to Gran Canaria and by 'assorted parties', Lanzarote. That means people residing on Gran Canaria and Lanzarote, or have one of them as their primary port of call, like myself. All of you others need to start respecting the boundaries of diplomatic negotiation. When Freeport Six and Kusari are contacted directly, I will kindly ignore the lot of you.
On to the outstanding issues here;
First I would like to send a statement to both Kishiro and Samura in saying that your trade ships, such as those carrying Plutonium or whatever else it is you may have in your cargohold, are not barred from Gran Canaria, Omega-49, or Zoner space in any shape or form. It seems there was a misunderstanding taken from earlier messages regarding several mining ships. The only Samura or Kishiro ships we do not like in Omega-49 are Hegemony mining ships that are basing out of Gran Canaria and Lanzarote, then flying into Dublin to mine the gold contained there. Such operations should be ran out of the Kusari-controlled Stokes Station, or from Holmen in Tau-31. Not from a neutral Zoner station or planet on the opposite side of Bretonia from the Kusari lines.
Director Ryo, I will get you those names as soon as I have them myself. The Sayikutsu Maru is one of them we know of so far. Hopefully Mr. Collins supplies the names of any others he saw or, hopefully, the Sayikutsu is the only one.
Director Kazuya, no one is my subordinate aside from the few people on my Aquilon Carrier. The Council of Zoners is not a corporation, and none of us is above the other. In being chairperson I am simply a mouthpiece to state the decisions and policies made by the Council, and enforce those decisions and policies.
On the issue of Freeport 6, I do not live there, or visit it often, and am not in a position of authority over that station, so I can't say what they will or will not do. However, it is my understanding that if Bretonian vessels, mining or military ships, were to base there, they would quickly lose their right to remain. What one side is not allowed to do is what the other side is not allowed to do.
Message understood and received Councilor Silvan. The Sayikutsu will not base out of Gran Canaria or Lanzarote, it never has but that is besides the point. Daisin station is our home port and will remain so. As I intimated earlier, we will also not make for either of these Zoner bases whilst under fire. We will not break the NFZ agreements drawn up and we will not abuse them for the sake of remaining on friendly terms with the Zoners. The Sayikutsu has only ever been on Gran Canaria twice, once when running from these mollies and once as a cursory stay to enjoy the hospitality there.
Samura Extraction & Logistics is wholly situated in the Seto system, and operates in the Dublin system. It shall remain so.
Subject to approval by the other parties I will give you names of the two vessels traveling with me the day of the original complaint.

If further evidence of Samura ships basing from Gran Canaria to mine in Dublin is found from this point forth, rest assured you shall hear stormy missives from our Foreign Office. In the meantime, I will state only that all Samura or Kishiro ships found mining gold in Dublin will be destroyed on sight. To try and mine gold from behind enemy lines in a time of war is utter madness. In order to help "remove" this crisis, all interested parties are hereby informed that there is a 1 million credit bounty on any Samura ship found in the Dublin system. That is all.
