---Memo: To all Liberty Navy Pilots---
---Subject: LNS-Robby---
Greetings to all navy pilots reading this memo currently. This is regarding the ship LNS-Robby. LNS-Robby has hereby grounded and is order to dock on Norfolk shipyards. Reasons being that he does not follow propers orders form primary fleet members, and goes into Rheiland and Order space at his fancy.
Once again the LNS-Robby has been grounded. If you see this ship please escort him to Norfolk shipyrads, if it does not cooperate you may use force.

Deputy, Jack. Please don't forget that. It's even specified in the law document.
The entire reason that James was placed at the head of this endeavour is because his service record is long and distinguished. Your role is more to watch, learn and assist where neccessary, rather than taking the reins yourself.
COMM ID: [color=#33FFFF]Fleet Admiral David Hale SOURCE:San Jacinto Base TARGET ID:Commanders of all LNS vessels SUBJECT:Registry and associated issues
Ensign Jack Will seems to have overstepped his bounds a little... Never mind.
Mr Shiv, commander of the Leyte Gulf. I suggest you show my men and women in the primary fleet the respect you ask for. It is often condusive to give a little before expecting to receive.
Commander Gafwmn. I appologise for any inconvenience or offense Ensign Will caused you. However, I would like to reitterate that nobody may give non LSF or liberty Naval ships clearance to travel through Alaska, no matter the purpose, without consulting myself or the Director of the LSF beforehand.
The registry is in the hands of Jimmy Patterson, Captain of the Louisburg Fortress. He is a well respected individual and is a fair and decent man. Ensign Will is acting as his deputy, and the initial communication was issued without Mr Patterson's input.
I still require that all members of the secondary feet comply with the law of Liberty and register their vessels. This is required as we are at war, and the Primary fleet simply have to know what assets we have available to us.
The Captain of the LNS-Robby is required to contact me via private comms, to explain his disregard for orders and the need for frequent repairs to the vessel under his command. However the vessel is not grounded. I am assigning Ensign Jack Will to supervising the LNS-Robby. Mr Will, I expect the captain of the ship to be fit for command in a week's time. It is your job to teach him current military doctrine and the Universal Laws of Sirius, as well as our own in house Liberty Law.

---Memo: A ship has been declared rouge by the Liberty Navy---
Greetings to all viewing this memo, this is very important so please read carefully. The LNS-Equilibrium declared a Rouge ship by the Liberty Navy, this is because of the following:
Attacking the [LN]-LNS-Durango
Disobeying direct orders to the ship
For screaming the New York's comms system, and I quote, "FUR RHEINLAND"
And assiting Xenos and being on the same comms fq. as they
All of those are very serious charges, and is of importance that no other Captains performs such acts of treason.
So, to the main topic of this memo, the LNS-Equilibrium has been declared Rouge which means, he is to be grounded of shoot until he redeems him/herself.
Thank you to all who understand this.
Also, the Captain of the Equilibrium is to contact the Admiralty, if it wishes to fly.
Signed,
Jack Will, Liberty Capital Ship Registry Deputy

PS: Captian of the Reno, in response to your inquiory gunboat-weight ships are optional and if i may ask what class is she ,i ran a montana class myself before i got the fort.
PSS: in reguards to the equilibirum: take her officers alive disable her and capture if you can. if you have to "destroy" her just force her to be abandoned and Tractor in any shuttles or Lifeboats "destroyed" means alotta things in the military ve seen ships deemed Destroyed sailing within 3 months of being towed to norfolk

---Memo: To All Secondary Feet Members---
Greetings once again to all members of the secondary fleet. I am not sure on how to stress the importance of the Registry. I have seen many secondary fleet vessel in space, but only 75% of those are here in the Registry. I am not counting gunboats into this percent either. Now once again remember all captains out there please Registry your ships.
Signed,
Ensign Jack Will, Liberty Capital Ship Registry Deputy
