It has come to my attention some Captains do not know where the Registry is; what a shame it would be if that was true, and you are a Captain of the Navy. Please redirect yourself to this neutral net page.

Greetings to all captains of Liberty Gunboat vessels, this message is directed to said captains. The Liberty Navy has recently received a numerous amounts of complaints against different captains of Liberty Gunboats. The Registry does not like to here this. So as of now, it is suggested that Liberty Gunboat captains upload there information to the Registry. Please note that this is not mandatory; but it is suggested so the Liberty Navy and the Registry can know the numbers of fleet members they have.
Once again: Please upload you Gunboats information to the Registry so we can have all of Liberty's assets accounted for.

Okay, i will asume that some captains of the secondary vessel did not get the memo regarding the Registry. It is paramount that all captains of the secondary fleet have their vessel information on theRegistry.
This is going to be the final notice giving by the Registry regarding this topic, captains of vessels that are in the below list have 48 military standard hours to upload their ships information to the Registry. After those 48 hours you ship will be grounded, I do not except that to happen. I am very sorry if this sounds hasty; but, the Liberty Navy and theRegistry have received numerous complaints regarding the secondary fleet. The current list is as followed: (it is suggested to keep to date of this list as it might be updated without notice)
Jack,i just recently found out the Security force ships arnt technically our responsabily so while they can post there info ,they dont have to so mandatory nature of this pretaining to LSFC vessels is resinded as it is out of our jurisdiction untill i talk to the LSF

---Ship investigation---
Please read the following order from Commodore Robinson:
Quote:The Integrity was not present from the outset, but I recieved reports of the McDonalds_Company Dreadnought recklessly attacking a threat in California. After the Dreadnought was disabled, the main battle took place...
Of note here, I would like you, Lieutenant Colonel Patterson and Lieutenant Will, to place this Captain and his commission under investigation and possibly ground it until further notice. We've recieved reports of this Captain's questionable behavior, and I myself have had the distinct pleasure of having to explain to him why we do not shoot Rheinlanders for just being born in Rheinland.
The registry has officially begun it own Investigation on the 'McDonalds_Company'. The captain of this vessel is excepting to comply with what he/she is ordered to do in the duration of this investigation. This vessel is not be be in space unless unauthorized by a command member of the Liberty Navy.

---Subject: Panzerstorm---
Greetings all Liberty Navy pilots viewing this right now. I have the duty on informing all of you of yet another pilot attempting to soil the Liberty Navies name. The Vessel name in Panzerstorm, captains name is not know as of yet. The commanding officer of this vessel pretend to be a Navy Admiral, he/she is not. The Following are guncams taken by Weapons Deck commander on the Groom Lake.
Quote:Being plane rude to a superior officer
Slapdash use of words when speaking to someone.
You are not a Naval Admiral, seeing that Jimmy Patterson is the Highest ranks secondary fleet member.
"Get Lost"
Giving the Liberty Navy a bad name, is a bad thing to do.
It is NOT the Primaries Fleet's problem or anyone for that matter, that the simplest of orders can not be followed from some commanders.
With all of that evidence, I am hereby going to begin an official investigation against the Panzerstorm. This ship is to be grounded during such. The commanding officer is except to explanation of his/her wrong doings.
Once again the Panzerstorm, is hereby grounded for a official investigation by this Registry, the vessel is not to be in space without permission from this Registry or a commanding officer of the Primary Fleet.

---Subject: Complaints---
In recent day, I and Jimmy Patterson along with Navy High Command have seen a disturbing amount of complaints about Captains and crew of the secondary fleet. This is not acceptable, and will not be tolerated by the Registry.
We will start taking our own actions against Secondary Fleet captains, along with the High Commands actions. Action from the Registry may include but not limited to; putting the vessel on a trail period, to having to remove them from Liberty itself.
Now please, captains of the secondary fleet, keep you acts together. I am hoping to not have to write another reminder to the secondary fleet captains any time soon....

[color=#33CC00]Comm.ID: Normann.O'Connor, LSF Secondary Division Status: secondary commander of LSF-RV-Phoenix (gunboat class) Message begins... Greetings. May I inquire, what's the decision about the capital ships under the LSF command? We're currently planning to start the construction of Siege-Cruiser-class vessel, and that is why I need some clarifications.
1) Is it mandatory to register LSFC ships?
2) Does that mean that this ship would have to follow orders of the Liberty Navy Primary Fleet, or would it be under command of the =LSF= only? (I would accept orders from [LN]-tagged vessels, but I guess the =LSF=-tagged ships' instructions have higher priority)
3) Are LSF Guard battleships under LN jurisdiction now? What was the final decision on that matter?
