Konnichiwa Meisnerr-sama,
You have probably already heard about the Sigma Trade Pact, a treaty the GMG has signed with House Rheinland. While the signing may have inspired bitterness amongst your ranks toward our organization, I am not yet ready to sacrifice our previous agreement.
The Gas Miners Guild will continue to regularly distribute HFuel and Plutonium to Casablanca and Viernheim in Omega-47. However, continuing regular shipments to Ronnenburg and Freital, which both border Rheinland, carries an unnecessary risk to our diplomatic status. Louisa Salome of the Zoner Trade Consortium has informed me that the Red Hessian Army is on good terms with her organization, and has offered to take an HFuel shipping contract for both Ronnenburg and Freital. Thus, I will humbly request docking rights on behalf of our allies in the ZTC.
Senior Representative Chiyeko Shunji will infrequently deliver HFuel to Freital in order to provide blood diamonds to some of our premium clients in Kusari.

It saddens me that the Gas Miners Guild chose to give support to the illegitimate Rheinland government by openly recognising them in its space, despite the fact that our cooperation was so fruitful. However, as disappointed as me and my comrades were, you were still good business partners and true to your word. The H-Fuel we received from you was of premium quality, as evidenced by the surprised faces of many, many Corsairs when they realised how much faster our ships were than them.
So I am willing for us to carry on doing business, but I want to renegotiate the terms a bit:
First off, the Zoners are going to pay full price for the Blood Diamonds on our bases. The Volkrevolution is starting to become costly with all these impetuous raiders crawling out of every rock in the Omega systems. So we're going to expect the shipments fairly often as well. It will be up to them to inform any Hessian pilot that stops them of where they are heading to and what their intent is, if they want to avoid redistribution of goods by Hessian patrols. Protection will be dependent on the circumstances of the closest patrol.
Second, the Red Hessian Army will no longer be able to guarantee the safety of GMG vessels within Rheinland, from neither our own legions nor our allies. I'm sure it would hurt your image in the eyes of the illegitimate government if we exchanged handshakes on the way through, so GMG ships within Rheinland may be asked to donate to the movement at certain times. We're going to carry on hitting Republican convoys (or in fact any other corporates) with full force, regardless of the cargo they may carry. It might hurt your business or it might not, but unfortunately hitting the Rheinland corporates is one of the primary goals of the Volkrevolution, and is not negotiable.
Lastly, Daumann has been stepping up their business in Omega-11 as of late, likely due to war demands. Needless to say, this leaves us with a fairly large amount of uncut diamonds liberated by the oppressed workers of Rheinland, an amount that steadily increases with time. We know for a fact that Kusari prefers to buy them over the processed ones, but the corrupt imperial government there deals only with corporate fascists like themselves. In order to undermine Daumann's hegemony, we want you to become an intermediary.
To this end, an RHA transport filled with 4700 units of uncut diamonds will be available at select intervals of time for the purpose of reselling its cargo, at a price of 40 million Sirius credits for the contents of its hold. One of your transports can then use its newfound privileges in Rheinland to transport the goods under the nose of the jackboot police, and carry it off to Kusari while keeping whatever money he negotiates for the diamonds with the imperialists there. This should assure mutual profit and good business for both of us.
After an easy interception by a Hessian patrol, a Zoner ship hands over a sealed titanium cylinder, to be given to the right person.

From: Guild Master Azuki Tamagochi.
I would like to offer my deepest thanks for your patience and tolerance. I shall do my utmost to see that our Zoner allies continue to meet your demand for fuel.
I have made an explicit offer to the Zoner Trading Consortium to service your needs at this time. They offer both of us a degree of separation and deniability in the face of Rheinland, Kusari and Hispanic scrutiny.
I would urge you Herr Meisnerr to consider the Zoners as partners to your mining operations. the reasoning for this is that Kusari may well try to find favour with the Rheinland government by declaring Blood Diamonds (cut or uncut) contraband. Even if this happens, Zoner 'entrepreneurs' will still move your diamonds into Kusari - taking the risks for the profits to be had.
On your order, I can have the ZTC contact you directly to make the arrangements.
With regards to your actions in Rheinland. All our ships shall be instructed to comply with any reasonable demand made by the RHA. All communications shall be made in local broadcast mode, and not in a compromising system-wide mode.
It must also be noted that once our fuel is purchased by a contract partner, what happens to them - or their ships - is no longer our concern.
Once again we are humbled by your acceptance of our offer of continued service, even at a distance. Perhaps in this small way we may yet assist you in achieving the ultimate goal, too long-denied to the Hessians.
With Deepest Regards,
Azuki
