I have proposed a technology share between The Shadow Council and The Colonials and I have yet to here back from the colonial side. Just incase my deal has been forgotten I will outline it here:
TSC's Proposal:
In exchange for helping the coloinals fight the Outcasts and The Consortium the TSC has requested access to the following ships:
Zephyr- Carrier class vessel
Nyx- Very Heavy Fighter class vessel
TSC will request the GMG HF "Karasu" from the GMG orginization later to server as it's main fighting force...
This pretty much outlined the proposal and I have yet to hear any GOOD news from the colonials...I have sent some of my spies/scouts to check up with them but...still no good news...A while ago my "Del'Shadow" vessel was destroyed by outcasts defending Colonial grounds...if the colonials still have any doubts to the lengths of our trust to them or vise versa then this proposal will be withdrawn immediatly and we will look else where...
Due to my vessel being destoryed I am putting a time limit on my porposal: I sent this timeline to a colonial member to forward to the colonial leader. At this time only two days remain...03:20 GMT Tuesday is when the proposal will be withdrawn...good day.

It is nice to hear from someone in the IMG itself and I can understand you not wanting to share your ship's blueprints, and I greatly respect you for the secondary proposal, regardless of if I get the opportunatey to have your building services or not, I will have to request it to be built without a reduced price. This is so your company can have a good profit since I only intend to use the vessel as a storehouse for my fighters, other then that it will be of no use to me...but nonetheless it was great hearing from you....
We're currently running an investigation due to several detected irregularities on Singapore Shipyards. Spare parts missing, scheduled construction is delayed and several employees have more credits on their accounts then they normally should. For the sake of this investigation as well as the whole war effort, we neither can nor will disclose material as valuable as detailed construction plans of our carriers.
I am contacting you again due to the fact my proposal is only half solved. I can only assume you are either having comms trouble or dealing with more important things but just incase this has slipped your minds, I am contacting you again. I requested usage of the NYX fighter AND zephyr, I have only received replies concerning the zephyr. I would like to hear your opinions on the usage of the fighter aswell. I'll await your replies...

The IMG no longer sells the nyx fighter, but, if the CR allows you them, we are still willing to produce them for you on Aland shipyard.

Call me a bureaucrat, but the reasons for our equipment not being widespread are simple and logical - there's a war on if you haven't heard yet. Already Sarawak assembly lines are working at maximum capacities and expanding perpetually to provide the front lines with all the equipment and spare parts they can produce. Surpluses are non-existent therefore giving away working examples would mean taking one or more away from active duty. Same for plans. Too valuable intelligence material to give away.
Let me as you something however... Why Nyxes? All the research time and money invested in them produced just an average spacecraft, hardly matching what we're facing in the Taus. By far, even the somewhat antiquated Raven Talons are better in terms of performance.
