Greetings honourable leaders of Samura
I am captain Zahra Duke of the zoner passenger liner Freedom of the Stars - a retrofitted former Prison Liner.
The reason I am contacting you is rather simple... my liners internal compartments are in need of being redesigned. While the initial retrofitting as a whole was successful in regards to combining the advanced internal security and the vessels military grade armour with moderate passenger cabins, it is sorely lacking the aesthetics required and expected of a liner.
Having been able to witness the accommodations onboard a Geisha Luxury Yacht a couple of years ago, I cannot think of anyone better suited and able of such a task than your company.
What I am looking for is to give the parts accessible to my passengers the feel of being on a true passenger liner, without sacrificing internal security or armour for that, as my liner is sailing through the Border and Edge Worlds... up to the Omicrons if need be.
I am looking forward to hear from you.
May you find clear skies on your travels.

Konnichiwa Captain.
Our shipyards do indeed have the capabilities to handle your request and can fit your vessel in within the week.
Please be aware that a complete overhaul of internal systems is an extensive job and although it will not breach the outer hull or affect your ability to secure the vessel, some internal configuration changes are to be expected and this will require you to become familiar with the new layout.
By the time we are finished the Freedom of the Stars will feel like new vessel equal to any of the finest resorts throughout Sirius.
The cost will be quite high for what you are asking but we feel you will be more than pleased with the result.
This refit is expected to take four weeks and in the mean time feel free to have your crew ship to New Tokyo where they may have rest and relaxation at one of Samura's many holiday compounds.
Sayonara.
Okada Kazuya.

Greetings honourable Okada Kazuya
I'm delighted to hear this.
As my vessel is currently maintaining our engine systems, we don't have any impending transportation contracts to fulfil and the Freedom of the Stars will be available to undergo the refitting within the next two days.
We'll be sending you a detailed schematics of how the internal configuration of the passenger-accessible areas look like, in order to make it possible for your ship designers to gauge the extend of needed modifications and thus give us an estimate of the costs involved and where the refitting would have to take place.
Please contact me again once those informations are available, along with the payment procedure your company would find acceptable.
May you find clear skies on your travels.

Myself and the crew are in awe of the work of art that the Freedom of the Stars has been turned into. Especially my chief of security *giggles slightly* can't stop praising the work of blending the internal security with the surrounding.
