While seeing an old 2D silent movie - the intro says something about a person called Chaplin, dead, anyway - a neutral voice can be heard.
Greetings,
this is independent and mostly lawfull Junker Simon Wolf. Please excuse me for masking this transmission, but at the momen i am not feeling very safe here. You'll understand why.
I hope i will not fall on deaf ears in this case and what happened was a mistake of two of your officers, soldiers or whatever you call them.
Yesterday (about 00-01 o'clock GMT+1) i was outside Rochester Base in New York, mainly guarding the station against Xeno rookies and checking some events nearby. As you may know, the Junkers are neutral. A Rogue (callsign is Michael.Furndehold) fleed to the station, trying to escape some ships of the Liberty Navy. They did not get close to the station and nothing happened. A short while after that they were replaced by two of your guys. To name them, Plurbster and Rednes. They tried to lure the Rogue away from the station but did not succeeded.
The whole time, I was saying the Rogue isn't my business and they can engage him if they want. I wasn't defending the Rogue, nor did I even fire a shot at those two.
After having no success, they started randomly shooting missiles at me, the station and maybe the Rogue, but that does not interest me. They kept shooting for over 5 minutes, i think around 10. At the end, they took my shields offline and destroyed my civilian fighter, without being endangered or anything otherwise by me. Luckily, i survived in an escape pod, but over 70 people in my cargo hold had not such luck. They even tried to blame the Rogue, saying he destroyed my gear... a clear lie, as the rogue behaved very honorable, tractored my gear and gave it back to me. I do not even knew this Rogue.
I started to speak about that horrible event in the system chat, warning other civilians to be aware of Plurbster and Rednes. First, they did not say anything. But then, they started to try to hide behind lies. Saying things about weapon malfunctions (over 5 Minutes, without taking the weapons offline or turning the ship facing in another direction? yeah, right.), me being in the way (of course. i never stayed between the two Navy ships and the Rogue) and other stories. Even other people (like one called "Arabian") started to notice how they changed and made up stories and explanations.
This to subjects shot a neutral, civilian ship, killing over 70 people on board! They lied and acted like i would expect it from criminals, but not from lawfull forces!
I demand an explanation.
Simon Wolf, out.

I might be wrong, as i am new on this server, and the rules here. But according to your ID, you are allowed to shoot/hunt pirates, terrorists and pilots with contraband. I am none of that and did not attack the two player named.
A young woman of barely five foot, with long, blonde hair approaches Mr. Wolf who is idling in the bar of Rochester Base. She places a small portable flash drive on the table in front of him.
"I heard about what happened to you. Those particular Navy men won't be giving you any more trouble, I saw to it personally. There are images stored on this drive I want you to look at. Maybe one day I'll be able to call in a favour."
The young woman leaves Mr. Wolf to himself at the bar.
So, this time my ship, including a cargo of 3330 Superconductors was destroyed in Texas. Because one of TLG, EisenSeele to name him, thought of me as a threat to the trading embargo. I was delivering to Puerto Rico.
TLG continues bombing innocent people out of space.
It is really a shame what jerks are allowed to wear Navy-IFF and fly their ships.
You believed that you are exempt from the law. Allow me to dispel this notion.
All of the citizenry of Liberty (and those who trade within our borders) have been repeatedly informed of the embargo on goods entering Rheinland space. Among these goods that are barred entry into Rheinland are superconductors - as we of the Liberty Navy do not share the same humorous sentiment of the Rheinlanders when they fire upon us with weapons capacitated by our own merchandise.
Of course, standard procedure only requires that a patrolman stops a trader for scanning, then, in the event that restricted goods are found, the trader be either turned back from the border (if cooperative), or destroyed (if uncooperative - the category under which you fall).
In your particular case, you were intercepted on your way towards the Bering JG - far away from the tradelanes (which is a common practice of embargo runners). You spouted a story about taking the goods to Puerto Rico - a story which I deemed unlikely but plausable. I allowed you to continue, and accompanied you on your way to Puerto Rico, however you stopped along the way and decided to "scan the asteroid fields" for the next ten minutes (perhaps in the hopes that I would grow frustrated and leave?). During the time you were "scanning" the asteroids, you deliberately began drifting towards the tradelane to Houston (away from the Puerto Rico JH, towards the entrance of the Hudson JG). After both seeing your subtle inching towards Hudson, and the ten mindumbingly long minutes I spent watching you not going to Puerto Rico, I decided that my generosity was wasted. As such, I gave you a choice: Either you would cease wasting my time and offload your goods in Puerto Rico as you said you would, or return to Houston to offload the infringing goods there, or be detained for obstruction of justice and attempted embargo violation.
When faced with this selection of two generous offers and detainment, you chose not to cooperate. Not only did you refuse to cooperate, you engaged an illegal cloaking device in an attempt to escape.
All that was delivered was the law, nothing more and nothing less. Well, more than the law, as I put up with your lies for ten minutes before deciding to take any action in response to your crimes.
I believe that I speak for the rest of the TLG when I say, that it's been fun - and I hope to repeat it as many times as necessary (though I will skip over the pleasantries of waiting on you just in case you are indeed innocent - You have lost your privilege to the benefit of my doubt).
I have to admit, I've been keeping quite a close eye on TLG ships from the Fate. I've seen some things that no Navy officer should be doing.
However, without knowing the background of this particular group (yet another result of the lack of communication in the Navy), I decided not to file a report to the Admiralty. Thus, I'd like to know the story behind this 'TLG', if I could?
I've noticed many of them on the front, and if I'm going to be working with them, I need to know who they are.

Sir, my apologies for the lateness of this response.
I am J.C. Heinlein, Captain of the EisenSeele, Secondary Fleet - and Head of the Combat Division of the TLG.
The TLG is a loosely affiliated group of traders and Naval Officers with the common goal of thriving within Liberty. As we recognize that the Liberty Navy in its entirety lacks the resources to sufficiently address the rising problem of crime (namely in NY where piracy is rampant), the TLG seeks to provide a medium through which concerned citizens may expedite their entry into the ranks of the Navy, or concerned Naval Personnel may better utilize their efforts in a more organized manner - without having to deal with the Primary Fleet.
The tag {TLG} affixed to a ship designation denotes the particular captain's willingness to serve when called for action - and a certain standard in skill in wielding weaponry. Admission is simple, as we dislike the bureaucracy which weighs down other organizations - and as a result, some miscarriages of Justice may occur, followed by swift retribution.
I hope this answers your questions, but feel free to ask more as needed.
