Now that the mutual transgressions of ours are yesterday's news and no voters are excited about what happened, time has come to start over and forget what essentially were minor incidents.
From our side, we offer to abide by the earlier Imperial notice regarding the 7-day revocation of all Colonial transit rights through or into Kusari. After the ban's expiration date, in accordance with standard Kusari regulations, no military craft belonging to the Colonial Fleet will be permitted to enter Kusari unless escorting a Colonial or otherwise associated (Independent civilian/IMG craft temporarily employed for Niobium shipments) civilian spacecraft. Also, I do apologize for what ended up as an armed incursion into Kyushu. The moods among the Fleet personnel were very unfavorable towards Kusari that day due to an... Earlier incident in New Tokyo. The soldiers not-yet-aware of the imposition of the 7-day ban pursued a narcotic smuggler and encountering Kusari law enforcement units demanding an immediate departure was the spark that set ablaze the mutual hostility between the two groups of soldiers. Neither me nor any of my voters have any intention to further antagonize Kusari. We already know, that the reason for the New Tokyo incident is being dealt with, in return - the commanding officer of that flight which went to Kyushu will receive punishment for... Insubordination which is punished by public lashing.
