Good choice of system chat. "You can't use that ship" and "I can report you for that". Even better choice - deleting the character. But that still doesn't mean that you as the player don't get the fine.

Consequences: That's about 70 million worth of credits in fine. Since you deleted that character, we're taking it from other characters on your account. And since you don't have that much on those characters, we'll take some gear to make up the difference. This is your second sanction in less than two weeks. We'd like it if you didn't cross our desks a third time.
If you post in this sanction and are not directly involved or a leader of the accused person's faction be advised that you are consenting to be subjected to the reprisal of my choice which may involve in game repercussions up to a ban.
