Guten abend, Herr Bishop.
I am deeply apologetic for the delay, however certain circumstances prevented an earlier reply.
My commanders have been pleased with your use of our Lokis so far. Due to their ease of construction, we have many replacements standing by, and the prospect of us letting some more of them over to your organisation is quite acceptable.
Again however we will require assurance that none of those ships will ever be used against any of our allies in arms. That includes the entirety of the Red Hessian resistance, the LWB, Bundschuh and Unioner movements, the SCRA allies in the west, and our Molly friends in Bretonia. In addition, all IMG within the Omega systems are also considered as under Hessian protection. Therefore it would be unadviseable to use our ships to attack them.
If you agree with the above terms, I have been instructed that the first batch of Lokis was a tryout one that covered production costs only. Although your organisation has been sympathetic to our efforts so far, our technology is in constant need of upgrades, and the Revolutionary Council has decided that an additional incentive fee of 2.5 million credits per ship will thus finalise the deal. As such this will amount to 10 million credits in total. The amount will be accepted and cleared under the neural net banking account name "[RHA]RHT-Weimar".
I hope that this is satisfactory.
Regards,
Karl van der Riess
