Inside the large board room a number of uniformed men sit around a long rectangular table eyeing out their should-be enemies. The men are uneasy and wary of their enemies sitting amongst the meeting.
A man stands up from his seat and all fall silent.
"If you are here today then you are here for the same reason as the person sitting opposite you. This war has gone far enough. Kusari's plans for their advance have changed, and Bretonia will soon cut into funds for essential economic and humanitarian services to fund their war efforts."
An Armed Forces officer stands up in rage..
"A hate speech!? If you've called us here for a lecture on Kusari's 'valour' then.."
"Calm yourself Lieutenant, it is nothing of the sort. We cannot deny the fact that if Kusari is to continue to advance, it will declare Bretonia a new state of the Shogunate with the turnover of New London."
A number of Bretonians shuffle in discomfort and lean forward to hear.
"So what do you propose captain?"
Says a Bretonian from across the room.
Captain Muto looks over the men present.
"We can no longer rely on Liberty or Rheinland to Intervene in this conflict, they have their own war to fight. The Mollies have fought loyally alongside the Bretonians so far but it still isn't enough."
The captain looks over at a number of Molly pilots standing in the far corner of the room that shuffle slightly but make no interruptions.
"With all due respect Muto san, we are merely a handful of pilots and captains, I do not want to betray my nation."
"Indeed you are right Arai san, but we must have initiative and resources. We cannot allow these meetings to be known by our superiors. Should our talks here to be discovered, we may lose our most valuable advantage of covert secrecy, and probably our lives."
"Then what's the plan stan?"
Says a laid back Bretonian to the left of Muto.
"We must first recruit more trust worthy and influencial people to our cause. We need information, support, man-power.."
"..And what do you plan to do with all this captain?"
"We need tactical minds, politicians and officials if we are to do this peacefully. But we must not reveal our connection to this cause until it is safe or required."
