Even though I have an unimaginably long job title, I'll try to cut to the chase in this communique.
I've been looking over the LSF's new "Most Wanted" list and have found you've suddenly granted yourself to work "in tandem" with the registry already setup by the Liberty Navy. I'm sorry, I must've missed the memo which asked for the Navy's co-operation with your new database. Which, I might add, seems a carbon-copy of the current database.
Although we don't expect the LSF to consult with us on their various missions that are classified far over my head, I would expect that a consult be made with us before constructing a carbon-copy database (which the Navy took quite a while constructing) referencing a registry stored within a classified Navy server, linked directly to the Groom Lake facility.

For your information, I did not make the database, one of my department heads did. But fine, if you wish to cause a rift between our organisations then go ahead. We won't work in tandem with you if that is what you desire. I will also reclassify our most wanted list, I don't want your lot looking at it, which you shouldn't be doing without access anyway. I have nothing further to say on this matter, if you have a problem take it to my superiors. That is all.

Secondly, I'd appreciate it if you forward this to your superiors, as my concerns still need to be addressed.
Thirdly, "working in tandem" means we "share" information and all that. Not carbon-copy the Navy's current database format and then deny the Navy access to it. Sufficed to say I'm a little annoyed that all this happened behind my back when you're preaching to us about "working in tandem".
Lastly, if you didn't know, "us lot" are called the "Liberty Navy". Please don't forget that we too protect Liberty.

Subject: Most wanted list
Miss Kiley,
You may understand that the LSF and the LN, both issued by the government, do not always posses the same priorities. As you know, we are more interested into other organizations such as the Order, the Nomads, the infected human groups scattered across Sirius, and so on than the Rheinland Militarr. Similar you may say, but not the same thing exactly. While a Naval officer may focus on the war with Rheinland, an Agent will consider the Order as a higher priority.
Hence why there is a Most wanted list for the LSF exclusively. If LSF agents were to rely on the Navy' list, our order of priority might end up being compromised too frequently. In long term, this would be harmful for Liberty. Imagine an Order Agent successfully infiltrates our installations because we were busy dealing with something important according to your list. I wouldn't want to risks such thing to happen.
Yes, our list is pretty similar to yours, model wise since it has already proven itself. However, this issue will be addressed over time. Time during which, the list will be modified, reshaped and updated to reflect the best interests of the Liberty Security Force.
As for your access being denied, this is meant to protect ourselves from any political or relational issues with the LN as some our operations are considered unethical by the lot of you. Although, your admiralty has access to this list so we may prevent incidents from happening between our two organizations during conducted operations.
Also, my personal apology if Miss Wolfe sounded rude. She takes her career extremely seriously and is still learning the ropes of diplomacy.

You've answered a few concerns of mine regards the database, but I'd still like to know why the database was created and the Navy registry referenced without any prior consult being made to the Liberty Navy. I understand that your database be restricted, however I still find it a tad insulting to use the Navy's database as a template for yours, again without any prior consult.
The main problem here is lack of effective communication between our two branches of national security. I'm just putting it out there, but could the Navy Admiralty and LSF High Command have some sort of weekly or monthly briefing session - Where matters that involve both branches are discussed?
Finally, I have no lingering bad feelings regarding Associate Deputy Director Wolfe, I was just finding her tone rather abusive since we're suppose to be working on the same side.

Miss Kiley,
I'm led to believe that someone, somewhere, in our lower staff has neglected to forward the required information regarding the use of your template. On behalf of my organization, you have my apology.
As for the communication between the LN, the LSF and the LPI, we have installed a direct communication link between the Admiralty, the Directorate and the headquarters of our organizations, respectively. We are currently discussing several matters that we are facing. Communication may improve in the following weeks and a few things around Liberty may change.

I hope that these new lines of communication and techniques of interaction between our respective departments greatly improve on what seems to be outdated technology and know-how.
