Good day to you, i hope you are well,
With the recent rise in merc attacks to claim bounties on our trade fleet Gateway needs to improve its security. After talking to the lads at Java and Aland and indeed some of your own pilots Gateway would like to purchase one (1) Nyx Very Heavy Fighter to help protect our trade captains as they go about thier business. This ship comes very highly recomended for just this sort of work, hence the reason for the application.
The ship would be used solely for the defense of Kensington Station in New london and the escort of any Gateway ships that require it. Also for the defense of any other lawfull trade captain that asks for it.
I hope you look on this application favourably and i look forward to hearing from you soon.
Greetings sir.
Cabinet of the Colonial Republic has reviewed your request, and decided on following : 1. your request is granted
2. you are obliged to pay 4 million standard Sirius credits to the =CR=Buffalo[ISE]
3. Once your purchase is done, supply us with a relevant evidence for re-check.
This request has been accepted with amount of votes required by the Constitution and is bearing presidential seal. It is therefore taking effect as off now.

Sir,
May i thank the Colonial Government for granting my request. This ship will greatly improve on the security of Gateway vessels. My pilot, John Smith, has purchased the Nyx and has sent the funds requested.
He is also aware that he may be recalled at any time by the Colonial Government and/or its forces for a check on the ship and its condition. He is also aware that the ship will be recalled if it is used for anything other than its purpose ie, the security of Gateway bases and vessels.
If i can be of any service to you please do not hesitate to get in touch.
The transfer is confirmed. We bid you safe flying sir and we hope that the event of recalling the ship will not happen in the future. Good luck making your ventures safer!
