Effective immediately, new directives are being issued to all Order personnel. The following documentation is a guideline for standard procedures to be followed in specific scenarios that might be encountered while patrolling within Order space. These guidelines are to be followed by all Order personnel while on standard patrol duty, failure to do so within reasonable circumstances may be viewed as grounds for court martial and/or loss of rank. For the purposes of this document, Order space is deemed as all territory within Omicron Minor, Omicron 100, and Omicron 92.
Security in Omicron Minor
As our home system and the location of our only current inhabitable planet, Omicron Minor must be protected by following strict security measures to prevent infiltration or invasion by enemy forces. The following procedures are to be adhered to for all Order patrols within the Omicron Minor system:
Allowed and Restricted visitors
Ships which do not bear Order, Zoner, Blood Dragon, or Bundschuh identification are not permitted in Omicron Minor. Any fighter craft, bombers, or warships which have identification not matching those listed will receive one request to leave the system - if the vessel does not comply, use of lethal force to destroy the target is authorized.
Many freelancer, mercenary, and other personnel which would claim to be generic-aligned and in employ to the Order have been spotted attempting to access Order technology and databases within Omicron Minor. This will no longer be tolerated.
Ships wishing to pass through minor safely -must- be carrying Order, Zoner, Blood Dragon, or Bundschuh ID
Smuggling Operations
Smugglers have taken to frequently using Omicron Minor as a 'highway' to Liberty space to sell their illicit wares. We are a lawful organization and exist to protect all citizens of humanity from threats, even those from within our own species. These smugglers are not only a threat to the laws of the Sirian houses, and to the citizens living within those houses, they are a threat to our own security. Vessels passing through minor may attempt to hack into Order systems or listen in on secure communications lines, creating a potential security risk for all pilots within our organization.
Any vessel found to haul the following goods is to be given one warning to jettison their cargo into space, and if noncompliant may be apprehended or destroyed:
-Human Organs
-Artifacts
-Cardamine
-Nomad Remains (Including Nomads, Nomad Brains, Nomad Power Cells, Derelict Nomad Artifacts, Nomad Missiles, and Nomad Thrusters)
-Nomad Weaponry (Including Nomad Cannons, Nomad Blasters, or any other form of alien weaponry)
-Nomad Pilots (Infected personnel belonging to Das Wilde, Aoi Iseijin, or any other known infectee faction)
Any vessel found to be carrying Slaves must be escorted to Freeport 11 in Omicron Delta, where all slaves will be set free aboard the station for ZAS-sponsored transport back to their home, or location of their choosing. Vessels which do not comply may be destroyed, but it is preferred that they are disabled so that the occupants may be rescued by Order craft with sufficient space to carry them.
Any vessel found to be carrying Order pilots, Zoner pilots, Blood Dragon pilots, or Bundschuh pilots must turn these personnel over to the Order immediately. Refusal to do so may be met with lethal force, though it is preferred that the ship is disabled so that these personnel may be rescued. Zoner pilots, Blood Dragon pilots, and Bundschuh pilots are to be returned to their respective factions by the Order as a gesture of good faith in establishing and continuing our alliances.
Wartime Hostiles
We cannot risk the infiltration of hostile wartime opponents into the core of our territory. All Nomad, Wilde, and Bounty Hunter's Guild vessels encountered are to be destroyed on sight, with appropriate engagement warnings and notices.
Security in Omicron 100
Omicron 100 is off-limits to all non-Order personnel. Any vessel not bearing Order or Order Guard ID may be engaged on sight, lethal force is authorized against all intruders.
Any Zoner, Blood Dragon, or Bundschuh vessels wishing to pass into Omicron 100 must be escorted at all times by Order craft while in space, and by Order security personnel while onboard stations within the system.
Procuring of Order equipment by allies must be preceeded by authorization from Order High Command over official channels.
Notice: Zoner Trading Consortium - (]c[) Vessels have free access to Omicron 100 and are not to be shot under any circumstances unless in self defence. If you find any ZTC vessels misbehaving in Omicron 100 then you are to report it to High Command for investigation.
Security in Omicron 92
Omicron 92 is an active research zone established by the Order Science Division to study the derelict nomad lair located within the system. The lair may contain active nomad specimens as well as alien technology, and we will not allow these to fall into enemy hands.
All non-Order vessels encountered within Omicron 92 are to be given one warning to vacate the system. If the target does not comply, use of lethal force is authorized.
Standardized Naming Conventions
With the exception of specialized vessels which have been approved by Order High Command, as well as approved splinter groups which operate under the Order banner, all Order vessels must follow standard naming procedure.
All primary fleet fighter and bomber pilots must preceed their name or callsign with Order|
All primary fleet gunboats, cruisers, and battleships must preceed their vessel name with Order|CV-

Use this template for your roster submissions:
Forum Name:
Character Name:
In-Game Name:
Ship Type:
Forum Name is the name you are posting on the forum with.
Character Name is the in-roleplay name of your pilot or ship captain (character name is -not- the in-game name being used by your ship).
In-Game name is the exact spelling used by your actual character file on the discovery RP 24/7 server, including your faction tags, ship tags, etc.
Ship Type is the vessel that you are flying on that character. List the actual ship name as well as the class, e.g. Nephthys Fighter, Bastet Fighter, Sekhmet Bomber, Hathor Gunboat, Resheph Cruiser, Geb Carrier, Osiris Battleship, or whatever ship you happen to be using.
If you are in an unofficial faction such as the ATG or TCG, you need to include that faction tag in your response as it appears in-game.
Use the template supplied above once for -each- character you have which is using an Order IFF or Order/Order Guard ID.
