I hope this messages finds you in good health. As you have no doubt realized by now, I represent a mining concern that is heavily active in the fields of Omega 7. And as I've noticed, you have also realized that Daumann has... given you the shaft? Yes, indeed. The treaty ignores your company, and after dealing with Daumann over the past several days, I have come to realize that this, mein herren, was on purpose. I am not paranoid, and I am no conspiracy theorist, but I see a pattern.
First, Daumann makes a treaty with the IMG that specifically ignores Kruger. This splits the system in half. As far as force within Rheinland's government is concerned, Kruger has more power than the IMG. This treaty gives the north to the seemingly weaker of Daumann's competitors.
Second, Daumann begins striking out once again. Already one major attempt on my life personally has been made by their so-called "private security firm." This menace has not been tolerated by the Colonials, but the fact remains that Daumann has already started an attempt to weaken the IMG in the region by striking at my emerging group, the Omega Mining Syndicate.
Mein herren, we can only hide behind a piece of paper for so long. We can only hide behind the Colonials for so long.
I understand that we have not always seen eye-to-eye in the past, but us squabbling over mining rights in the north is damaging to both of us. We can all agree that Daumann is the largest corporation in Omega 7 at the moment, and also the most brutal. We cannot afford to let our differences get between us. While the time to strike Daumann is not here yet, and might not be for years to come, letting ourselves get into fights over mineral rights in the north only weakens us.
Thus I propose an 'understanding': we will share the north. There will be no aggression on either side, and we will coexist until such a time as Daumann is no longer a threat. I only ask that your mining operations do not get withing 1500m of ours (tractor range), and we will be able to protect each other from Daumann aggression. As you can no doubt already tell, they will stop at nothing to dominate the entire system.

Ja, mein herr. I've heard of your fledgling group and it's activities. The treaty....ach. I'm not sure what they where thinking, but your line of thought seems...promising, ja. Daumann and Kruger are...bitter competitors, that is no secret. I am completely sure they can go to any extent to take us down.
I see nothing but gain from this, but remember this. Kruger specialises in Silver and Copper Ores, so it would be gut if you can take the Cobalt fields in the region, so our mining operations aren't affected, ja? And of course, Kruger is a honorable corporation, we shall not stoop to the same lengths that Daumann did. We shall honor this agreement, and function as partners. Daumann shall go down fairly....
I, in my capacity as Sales manager, approve and sign this agreement, mein herr.
