I'm slightly disappointed. I thought the interest of the Order, was to protect Humanity. Not sit on our asses all day in Omicron Minor doing nothing.
When the real Agents, the ones that actually get off their lazy asses and get things done are out here getting shot at by every damn Human being to protect them. Just a few minutes ago, I was engaged in Zone Twenty One by three Nomadic ships. The only help I received? A bloody Liberty Cruiser, whose crew is now probably dead because of their willingness to help me out.
Liberty isn't our enemy, the Bounty Hunters aren't our enemy. Our bloody enemy are the Nomads, and their Human pets they control. Yet, I see day after day conflict between the Order, and other Human forces. Sure they want to use Nomad tech and expand on it, but we've been doing this since we've gotten to Sirius!
Look at it this way, if it wasn't for the Valhalla project, we wouldn't have such advance transportation methods, Tradelanes, and Jumpgates. However, that's not my point.
My point is, you chaps need to start thinking with your heads and not with your weapons. The Nomad threat is a greater threat then House Liberty, or some Guild filled with former criminals.
What the hell is our actual job? Sit up in Minor and hope the threat comes knocking on our door? Or seek the threat out with our equipment designed to counter this specific threat? The latter is more appropriate.
Orillion would be ashamed to see what has happened to the Order, and it disappoints me that every time I'm out breaking sweat, and trying to save Humanity from the real threat, you chaps are sitting on your asses safely on Toledo.
I joined the Agency because I wanted to make a difference. Not sit and wait for the worse.
"Pilot, none of us within High Command disagree on any particular points you make, but you're confusing those points with our actual goals. We never wanted the war with the Guild, or with Liberty - both of these groups attack us of their own volition, our role in these wars is entirely defensive. None of our pilots should be going after either of these groups unless in self defense."
"I'm sorry there was no Order backup for your encounter with those Nomads in Zone 21. Unfortunately we are an understaffed organization with far more enemies than allies, we wont always have backup available. It's your responsibility as an Order pilot to procure assistance before you go out on a mission, you should never be flying alone if it is at all avoidable."
"Lastly, please curb the insubordinate tone, we're not all sitting on our asses as you put it. In fact, I dont believe anyone in High Command has been to Toledo in weeks, the majority of us are off trying to gain additional allies. The Nomads are not an enemy you can simply walk out into Sirius and find, at least not outside of the Omicrons. The bulk of our forces remain there for that reason, it's the best place to find them and kill them - but the rest of us have to route out infestation within the houses and it is not always an easy task."
"Unfortunately, there are many within The Order who do not hold true to our cause, but if we were to get rid of them we'd have no one left to fight when fighting is necessary. The best thing you can do to further The Order's mission is to get out there and help fight, organize the others when necessary, and try not to create more internal problems than we already have. Transmissions like this benefit no one."
"Admiral Staite out."

Honestly, we all hold the same opinion as you on the matter. None of us ever wanted these fights with the liberty or bhg, but that's how roleplay goes - sometimes things are forced on you. As far as RP is concerned, The Order - BHG and Order - Liberty conflicts were -not- started by us, they were started by those groups who want to see us wiped out. It's as much our responsibility to ensure that they do not complete their mission as it is to take the fight to the nomads and wild.
The real issue here is that there are not always nomad players online, the keepers are a low population, low activity faction - and the wilde/iseijin are no different. The chances of getting both those players and our own online, in the same system at the same time is astronomical, and none of these factions seem to be in favor of creating planned events between them.
Creating posts like this only makes things worse. We're trying, honestly, but there are -hundreds- of players within The Order, both factionalized, unofficial factioned, and independents, and trying to organize them and get them all to -want- to play the same way is literally impossible. We've got the TOP and TCG, both of whom would prefer to fight the BHG or spend time shooting at each other in minor/100 than go out and do sensible roleplay, we've got order independents all doing their own thing, Order| players who rarely come online because when they do they simply get into arguments with those other groups about who should be doing what, and OHC on top of it all trying to get these kids to stop bickering.
When they see posts like this one, it only causes more dissent and arguing amongst the ranks, and it will not gain you any more help than you've already got (which is probably none, as your post claims).
The only advice I can give you is to stop going out alone, find friends to help you out when you choose to go after nomad players, or get involved with Order RP - we've got 3 divisions set up now each with their own focus, and you're welcome to join whichever of them you wish.
