Good day to the Leadership of the Gas Miners Guild,
I am Mark Newman, current CEO of Ageira Technologies and on behalf of some of our trade captains, I have a request.
Many of our pilots fly trough your space reguraly, maintaining the Trade Lanes, and of course hauling Gate/Lane Parts to the Sigma 19 Gate Construction sight.
A few of our trade captains have begun to admire the designs of Kusari ships, and we would like to negotiate the purchase of TWO of your Kujira Transports for Ageira's use.
Of course, nothing is for free, so in exchange for usage rights to TWO Kujira Transports we can offer you either a contract to use SIX of our Havoc Mk II Bombers or a contract to use TWO of our Mastadon Super-transports.
If neither of the above offers strikes you as fair, we instead offer a 20 million credit license fee.
Should you be interested we can write up a terms of use contract, with all the usual terms.

Message reads:
O-hayou gozaimasu Mark-san,
Your company is a bold one, Mark-san, a credit to a bold house indeed. I don't doubt that it is this quality and your usefullness that has kept your business prospering for so long. Yet, despite your boldness, I am still quite surprised you contacted us with this request. A change in leadership has lead to change of foreign policy? One of civility and consideration perhaps? Allow me to elaborate on the not so distant past.
The previous two CEOs that sat in your chair made a staunch position on not allowing anyone to transport their gate and lane parts, which included myself being stopped and left to fly home with an empty cargo after delivering Plutonium. An order issued to better protect their monopoly they said. I can understand that since we too have succeeded in monopolizing essentials ourselves. This being both H-fuel and Plutonium. As you know, we commissioned DSE to build one of your Gates to connect Okinawa to Sigma-19 for the convenience of our distributors. This being a major investment and myself being a very hands on leader was doing my part to ensure it kept moving along at the productive pace we GMG prefer to see in our developments. The duty was the sole property of DSE, I was told, and I left without complaint because it wasn't this that insulted me. Lets get to our end of the sectar.
So now later on I am sitting in my office on Niigata looking over some records of the comings and goings in Okinawa and what do I see. Ageira employees leaving Okinawa with out Plutonium without so much as a Libertonian "Howdy doo!" or even a "Hyuck!". The desire being to be able to bypass our designated distributors, to purchase direct from the source, to be able to return home with a full load and not just be satisfied with the money received for your original services of gate/lane building. All of which was denied to myself personally previously when the roles were reversed. I'll be honest; it took all four other Guild Masters and their own personal guards to keep me from having Ageira ships in Okinawa seized and their crews tossed in the Mines of Miura to be more involved with the Plutonium industry they craved so much. My peers, in their combined wisdom, preached patience to me and convinced me that despite a lack of understanding the finer points of civility and etiquette your hearts are all in the right place.
Now we are not nearly as conservative with foreigners as the neighbouring house we left nearly 600 years ago but I personally hope that you are not the gaijin that your predecessors portrayed themselves to be. So I'll get right to your request: It was a majority vote that you will have approval for the two Kujira's but only after personal reperations are made to myself. Now after I was withheld from direct assistance to the construction site we paid a sum of money as incentive bonuses to DSE and Ageira to hasten the completion of the gate and it was successful. After a few more finnishing touches it's essentially complete so we aren't needing anything more special there. We thank you for your offer in ships but we maintain a superb shipline each of which are refined for their suited purpose, particularly our paramilitary ships which have been equal to any house military ship for a few centuries now, so we will respectfully decline those. Money, however, is the way to our hearts and mine especially.
Send me 20 million credits for each Kujira to my personal account in the GMG|Armoury and you may have ythe two Kujira's for however long you wish. There are no terms beyond that for the ships. The Kujira is one of the most economic ships of it's class. With no money wasted in it's design, it can only perform a limited amount of duties such as transporting and mining but it does these duties extremely well so I am not too worried on how they can be used outside of our Guild. It's a commercial money making ship, I hope you enjoy them.
If this is agreeable for you then after this reperation is complete and behind us we can proceed forward with any future deals our two entities may have in the future. Indeed, my good friends at Kishiro tell me to be expecting another call about another matter in the near future. I'll be waiting.
Arigato for contacting us this time,
Guild Master Raikoke

Goodday Guild Master Raikoke,
The licencing fees for two Kujira transports have been sent, totaling 40 million credits.
In regards to the plutonium, I do not know what orders were given by Mr.Drake, however be assured that under my leadership no plutonium was transported, not according to my records at least. To make sure I will set up a inquiry to deduct weather our Trade Captains were smuggling Plutonium.
However, Ageira does wish to negotiate a contract to haul Plutonium. For this I will refer you to our Public Relations Manager. I am ready to approve a limited amount of GMG ships the rights to haul Gate/Lane Parts, provided that Ageira Security and Tech crews are onboard at all times, and your crews pass security checks. (//InRP I approve only two or three ships to haul gate/lane parts, however in game use as many as you wish, should you approve the contract. I'll Let SMGSterlin deal with this.)
