Opening Message...
Greetings, Naval officers. I'm transmitting this to keep my word on a promise I made today.
Now, I took my GB on patrol as normal, and encountered quite a few people in the New York area. Aside from an incident where an IMG BattleCruiser wanted to pass through to Pueblo, the patrol was mostly uneventful.
Then, I encountered an Order pilot named John.Shepard near Norfolk in one of their dual-fin ships which I believe is called a 'Bastet', along with a Roc-flying merc named Dare. Although Shepard was of the Order, I made no hostile action towards him, as he made none towards me, and Dare was acting in a suspicious manner.
Continuing on, I found ChaosS.Darkness near Manhattan, whom preceeded to attack me. My GB's guns are not the most advanced things on the market, however, and I soon found myself facing tough odds, particularly as Dare decided to help Darkness out. Were it not for the help of a USI pilot, I would probably have lost my GB sooner than I did. However, a Rouge bomber then decided that Chaos and Dare needed additional support, and joined in.
Then John.Sheppard reappeared and offered his assistance against the hostiles, and being in a tough spot I accepted, with his only terms being that I would put in a good word with the rest of the Navy, which is the reason for this communication.
With his support, the ChaosS.Darkness soon fell, however by this stage my gunboat had taken massive damage and was destroyed soon after by the two remaining hostile bombers.
The point is that this Order pilot chose not to engage an already wounded GB, and assist in dealing with hostiles within our space. I know I allied with an Order vessel, and that this is forbidden by Liberty laws, and am willing to face any punishment. Discharge me, confiscate the Gunboat if you need to, but I say that this Sheppard is not a threat to Liberty or it's citizens. I chose to enlist the man's help out of necessity, and it proved to help, if only a little.

Sebastian Wolfe;
Not every Order pilot is bad, granted. Neither is every Outcast or Corsair. That you were helped out by an Order agent only proves that he assisted you because it helped him in some way. Possibly the way in which such a small action gains a trust of a Naval officer, namely yourself. Maybe he was being charitable, but then again, nothing comes for free.
How are you in a position whether to judge someone as a threat to this house or not? Based on one action, no less? What has he done that you havent seen? And why are your loyalties so easily turned?
