Let me first say, very well done, very complete and looks like it will offer some good RP. Should also give RepEx a run for their money, a little healthy competition never hurt anyone.
Now, I would like to see the ships restricted a little better. What I mean by that is the use of Cruisers and Gunboats. The last thing we need is another cap ship whoring faction. I would like to see the use of those ships limited to only a few within your organization. Also, fighters from any of the named factions should be fine, but are you planning on using cap-ships from any one of those factions as well? For Corporate factions, it is commonly understood that you only use GB's and Cruisers from your house. Since you are Interspace, I would think you would have to get permission from one of the houses to use GB's or Cruisers. In my opinion you need to pick one (SF, SA, RM, or KNF) and use only capships from that house.

Good to have another house shipper faction that our Front could counter as much as the RP lets. I would like to see the [W] tag in your adverse/hostile factions list.
Interesting and well thought-out. I like the attention to detail and organization, and it's good to have multiple trade organizations to pirate/defend. =P
