*Norman sleeping in his office, wakes up suddenly, and a large pile of files falls over.*
"I love my job."
*He runs down to the nearest armory, level 23, and suits up in SWAT Armor, grabs a shotgun and a few breaching charges, some flashbangs, and runs to the hangar bay.*
All the way down on Huntsville, Texas, a newly promoted Lieutnant watches the screen as the message is appearing.
Mhm, armed bank robbery... Wait, Manhatten Central?
Is it the first April? No.
I hope for their sake they are not kidding me...
Guess i'll be late anyways, but oh well. I'll check it out. Right after throwing the last Rogue Pilot out of her Liberator, Lieutnant Lisa Hunter launches her ship again, and sets the waypoints for Manhatten.
While flying there, she checks her handheld weapons.
A "Little Shocker", could be a bit underpowered for this, but nonetheless. Best set it on "Crispy".
What we have next? A "Riot Killer"! Now this one might indeed be useful!
And... oh right, there's that Daumann "Massenmoerder" that was floating around in space after that last fight against the Krauts. I wonder what that will do... Maybe i should leave it here, might have some unwanted side-effects on anyone closeby.
Detective Devin Travors was at his desk in One Police Plaza, Manhattan Central District, Planet Manhattan. He was pretending to be doing paperwork, but he was actually playing mind-numbingly addicting games on the NeuralNet. A message popped up on his screen, telling him the situation.
"Alright! Some action!"
Travors shuffled through his desk drawers, and he found his personal sidearm and a DM-50 "Riot Killer" Plasma assault rifle. He put on his vest and grinned.
"Time to go to work."
He proceeded to rush out of One Police Plaza to his Liberator.
Seth sat inside his Manhattan apartment wondering when the next petty thieves would appear.
*the Police radio whirs into life*
"Calling all available police there is a bank robbing on planet Manhattan 1134th Avenue all units please respond"
"So Much for thinking about it"
* He suits up on all his available gear*
" it 1134th is that far from here.....*speaks into a communicator* All units the is LPI officer Seth Johnson I will be at 1134th shortly over....
The woman screamed as Jinx pulled her hair and threw her on the ground. She fell near her husband's body.
[font=agency fb]"Not nice that you called the cops. You've only sealed your own faith."
He had a standard B-756 pistol with a silencer in his right hand. He saw a man running towards the exit and he shot him in the back. The man's body fell on the floor, lifeless.
[color=#FF0000][font=agency fbl]"May I have your attention please! Your dear lady friend has called the cops, and I will have to keep you a few minutes longer, until they arrive. Thank you for understanding!"
The group of people were staring at Jinx's appearence. Jinx smilled at them.

Hearing the words and the shot, a woman appears out of some corner.
She definetly is not looking like her origins are within Liberty, more like a descendant of the Hispanic sleepership.
Aww, she called the coppers?
What would you say, should i play with her a little bit?
She takes up a bag, in it apparently are different tools. For what they are made, is open to anyones speculations.
Hearing Maria talking to Jinx, the woman gives her a somewhat terrified eyeshot.
Caller:*She Screams* ...Heeellpp.... *Sounds of scratching can be heard and the line goes dead*
Operator: Ma'am? Can you here me? Ma'am? *Patches through to Shaw aboard the Otisville, which is now entering New York* Sir, we have a problem. The line went dead and the caller isn't responding to my hails.
Shaw: *The electronic voice emulator in his suit started up with a harsh squelch* I want a direct line to that bank now. I want to know the hostage takers demands. Also find me detailed blueprints of the building layout and all access routes, old and new.
Operator: On it, sir. You should be receiving them any time now.
Shaw: Good. Thank you. *He switches his comm channel to open* This is to all Officers. Get your arses in gear and move it!
*The Otisville continues to speed along at full speed to Manhattan*

Upon hearing of the call and already being in Manhatten, Officer Goodman was a first of the mass of forces that were on the scene, he didn't particularly rush on his way there, more cruised along relaxingly.
He pulled out his side arm, even though he was surrounded by loads of others. He went to the nearest Officer in command for the details.
