Good day, gentlemen
Today, while performing a routine patrol, I have been contacted by a Liberty officer claiming that an Order agent in Texas wanted to surrender. Here is the transcript of the discussion between us and the Order vessel, and a shot of the vessel itself.
=LSF=Raphael.Black: G'day, lads.
[LN]-Barney.Ross: Greetings
LNS-Wolfcrest: Hey there. I take it you're informed of the situation?
=LSF=Raphael.Black: More or less, yes. I'm on my way.
LNS-Norad-Assault11: James: There is an Order ship willing to surrender
=LSF=Raphael.Black: Willing to surrender? That's a first
=LSF=Raphael.Black: Who's in charge of this operation?
LNS-Norad-Assault11: James: now you are
=LSF=Raphael.Black: And who was before that?
LNS-Wolfcrest: Ross.
=LSF=Raphael.Black: Alright. So he wants to surrender, you say?
LNS-Wolfcrest: ...yeah, we're all a bit clueless on what to do in this situation.
=LSF=Raphael.Black: This is one chance in a million...doesn't happen often
=LSF=Raphael.Black: We're taking him in for interrogation, on way or another
LSFC-Yellowstone: Cpt.Bowel: I heard that you need assistance, will be there to assist you
LNS-Wolfcrest: We got a surrendering Geb here at Beaumont.
=LSF=Raphael.Black: Good day, gentlemen.
Arachnia: Greetings Raphael Black
=LSF=Raphael.Black: What seems to be the problem?
Arachnia: We wish to surrender, we have left the Order and can no longer return as we are considered traitors
=LSF=Raphael.Black: I see. In this case you should be listened with the outmost attention.
=LSF=Raphael.Black: What are your terms?
LSFC-Yellowstone: Cpt.Bowel: I see you on my scanners
Arachnia: Myself and my crew no longer follow the doctrines dictated by the Order and wish to return to Liberty
LNS-Wolfcrest: **Power levels low. Returning to Manhattan for recharge.**
=LSF=Raphael.Black: I see. That can be arranged. You do understand that you will reach liberty under heavy escort, correct?
Arachnia: If Liberty will not accept us, we are willing to be escorted elsewhere to seek solace and a new home
[LN]-Barney.Ross: he cant go
=LSF=Raphael.Black: Why?
Arachnia: We will not engage any Liberty forces even if fired upon
[LN]-Barney.Ross: he have ours data on board
[LN]-Barney.Ross: he will return to Orders with that
Arachnia: We would rather die than return
=LSF=Raphael.Black: Mmm...very well. But you will be held in custody on the Missouri, until a definitive decision could be made.
=LSF=Raphael.Black: Do you agree to this terms?
=LSF=Raphael.Black: We won't let him leave-
=LSF=Raphael.Black: We will keep him under heavy guard.
Arachnia: We currently cannot enter that location without being attacked by other Liberty forces, how would we achieve this?
LSFC-Yellowstone: Cpt.Bowel: We are here to assist in any way
LNS-Wolfcrest: We caught him in California, and he ran here. It's not like what he's learnt is classified.
LNS-Wolfcrest: He knows more Rogues info than he does Liberty Navy.
=LSF=Raphael.Black: Mmm..I will have to secure a special permission for you.
Arachnia: We await instructions but will have to evade if fired upon to prevent our destruction, we will not try to escape
Arachnia: If we do have to evade we will move to a safe distance and hold position, is this acceptable?
=LSF=Raphael.Black: I am currently asking the Missouri for permission to let you dock.
LNS-Wolfcrest: If he was in Virginia, then there would be concern, but he appears to have stuck with the public systems.
=LSF=Raphael.Black: Don't worry. It won't be necessary.
LSFC-Yellowstone: Bowel: Lets escort him at Freeport2, he cant leave from there and then someone will handle situation Black you will write
LSFC-Yellowstone: Report for this
LSFC-Yellowstone: And we will give it to the HQ
LNS-Wolfcrest: I just saw a MNS in NY. I think they were heading into the Badlands.
Arachnia: We could have raised our reputations with Liberty forces prior to revealing ourselves, but a patrol spotted us
=LSF=Raphael.Black: We can take you to the Missouri, but you will have to stay there, until a thorough report can be made.
LNS-Wolfcrest: Couldn't get a lock, though.
LNS-Wolfcrest: OK, the MNS is outside Manhattan.
Arachnia: We cannot currently use your trade lanes either
=LSF=Raphael.Black: Roger.
LNS-Wolfcrest: Destroyer-class Storta.
=LSF=Raphael.Black: We will find an alternative route.
=LSF=Raphael.Black: Lemme come closer and take some pics of you.
=LSF=Raphael.Black: Say cheese..
LSFC-Yellowstone: Agent take all data we need
=LSF=Raphael.Black: Very well. We should plan our route. Mister Ross. Please take care of it.
LSFC-Yellowstone: Send the message to the LN and LSF command only
[LN]-Barney.Ross: Affirmative
[LN]-Barney.Ross: come with me Arachnia
=LSF=Raphael.Black: I will cover the back.
[LN]-Barney.Ross: starting engines
Arachnia: Are we not going the wrong way?
=LSF=Raphael.Black: I originally planned to take you to the Missouri, but we think the Mitchell is more fit.
=LSF=Raphael.Black: Less attention on it.
=LSF=Raphael.Black: Don't you agree, mr. Arachnia?
Arachnia: Being engaged by Navy forces
=LSF=Raphael.Black: Ignore them, the cannot harm you.
LSFC-Yellowstone: Bowel: you will be at the jail, you will have best room in it. when situation is fixed you will have all information
[LN]-Barney.Ross: we should lead him there
Arachnia: How will myself and my crew transfer over Captain? and can you assure the safety of our ship?
=LSF=Raphael.Black: You will moor your ship with Juneau. Your crew will be transfered in smaller shuttles.
=LSF=Raphael.Black: Don't worry, mr. Arachnia, you and your crew will be treated with utmost respect.
Arachnia: Agreed, entering a high orbit if that if acceptable
=LSF=Raphael.Black: Agreed.
=LSF=Raphael.Black: Ross, please, get in the lead again.
[LN]-Barney.Ross: Im on it
[LN]-Barney.Ross: follow me
Soon after that everyone else had to leave, so I remained alone with the Order vessel. I asked for a special permission for mr. Arachnia to be held into custody on the Mitchell, which actually took longer than expected. After dealing with the painfully slow bureaucracy, we were finally able to travel to Alaska. The cruiser is now docked on Juneau Shipyard, while the crew has been transfered to Mitchell, waiting further instructions.
Very unusual that an entire ship crew would try and defect back to Liberty - I'm sure many are just following the captain's orders. I'd keep the entire crew under twenty-four hour guard and their rooms searched daily, in case some of them are reporting back to the Order as would-be spies. But since they're being held on an LSF base, all I can do is offer my recommendations to the LSF Directorate.
If it hasn't been done already, I'll have the entirety of the ship searched and every scrap of data on board retrieved, with the highest security protocols in place.
I hope this ship isn't some kind of Trojan Horse, or rather Trojan Geb.

Agent Black,
We wish to congratulate you about this successful guidance of a defecting order ship (a capital ship, nonetheless!) towards safe area without incidents. Juneau shipyard has already been instructed to perform a lockdown on the ship. It's core is already shut down, and the ship as a whole is awaiting analysis by our scientists.
The transfer of the crew to the prison station Mitchell has been accomplished too. They have already been separated in different sections, based on rank, and time of service in order ranks. Hopefully this will make them talk more easily, by finding themselves among their peers. Remember to check daily if the protocols about electronic isolation are being met in the station and shipyard: We do not want any kind of unauthorized transmission leaving either Juneau, or Mitchell station.
You're free to begin interrogatories (which we will call "interviews" while around the ship's crew) on the more collaborating officers or ensigns you can find. First, try to find out what they are willing to share. Although, your priorities, should be communication channels, and operations for the following days. The Order will surely change their routines after a capital ship has defected or been considered as MIA, if only to remain on the safe side. This is why we need to start these interviews as soon as possible.
Also, whenever you consider it safe, take a group of the ship's engineers with an armed escort to Juneau shipyard, and allow them to guide our own technicians through the ship subsystems that we may want to re-engineer for analysis.
Finally, foreseeing the possible implications this defection can bring on the Alaska border, I will forward a recommendation about doubling the fighter patrols in the sector, so in the hypothetical case of an Order attempt to eliminate the traitors we can act with enough time, either to successfully defend the stations, or evacuate the prisoners to safer areas.
