We are hereby issuing the following bounty on one Evangeline McDowell and her ship, the Maelstrom. This bounty is for the capture of her, or her ship. No payout will be given for the destruction of either. If you wish to register, submit your name, credentials, and proof that you are not wanted by the Republic of Liberty. This is a special bounty, with a difficult mission, but the compensation should be more then enough.

Bounty Assessment NCO,

Payment:
30 Million SC for the disabling and capture of her ship, allowing it to be impounded on Norfolk Shipyard. We realize that the captain is slippery, and will pay for her ship to use as bait.
50 Million SC for the capture of Evangeline McDowell herself upon her delivery to any Task Force warship.
Registered Hunters:
(Just a note, you can't roleplay a person's capture against the wishes of that character's owner. To successfully capture their character, the character's owner must be okay with the roleplay before it is posted. Please keep this in mind when attempting to complete this bounty. -Dab)

(yes, i've seen enough of those lolduels, where house military with overwhelming force on the field willingly loses a pilot in a duel. ffs.)
This bounty is for the capture of Evangeline McDowell alive, or her ship intact. Simply destroying her ship is of no benefit to us, she is a scavenger, and has shown the ability to repair it seemingly from nothing using scrapyard parts. If you cannot complete the requirements as issued, you will not be paid.
