So, I'm looking at getting a new keyboard, hopefully tomorrow.
Problem being, I can't decide between the Logitech G15 and the Microsuck Sidewinder X6.
Current thoughts are as follows;
G15: The LCD panel is cool, and the Macro keys seem to be in a great position, but the thing is freaking huge and not very attractive, tbh.
X6: Black and red is always a beautiful combination, and the X6 is wonderfully clean. My main attraction to it is the detachable numpad, which can also have it's keys mapped to macros. It's sexy. No real bad points...
In the end, the G15 seems like the obvious choice based entirely on features, but the look is just... eh.
For people who own one or the other, or used to, whatever, can you give me more insight?
Last time I was looking at keyboards, the microsoft one wasn't even at the store. I ended up having to choose between the Logitech G15 and the Saitek Cyborg V.7. I ended up getting the V.7. Same price (or at least it was at the time, not sure now), but the Cyborg has more programmable buttons and doesn't have the gimmicky display screen than you'll never look at while playing. In the end, even though it wasn't one of the ones you mentioned, I'd go with a Cyborg if you can.

G 15 is nice, its reliable, the LCD is ok. Macro's are nice.
G 19 has a better key response, it feels much more comfortable, it has more macros, the screen is awesome, you can even watch movies on it or use msn etc (g15 also had that application but it was hard), you can change the light colours of the keys etc. but its driver sometimes goes mad with XP and several applications.
