No, the matter that Mr. Schultz took the ore has not been settled at all. The fact that you won't listen to reason is not my problem. I was asked to investigate the matter and although there is an indication of some sort of shenanigans I can find no evidence of a crime. You have failed to prove that anything was stolen. What more do you want me to do?
Mr Hawk, loyalty is a fine thing, but don't you think you are taking it a little far? We believe the evidence and testimonies so far are strong enough to prove the theft by Mr Schultz, but I would remind you that the theft itself is not the only matter, but also Mr Schultz's actions after he was apprehended.
Whilst Bretonia has proved it has an efficient court system - I can testify to that personally - we prefer to settle beforehand where possible. Please bear in mind Mr freitag, I hope that you as a Junker can sympathise with a working man such as he, if you would pay the fine, much of it would go to him as reperations.
I hope we can resolve this in the 4.5 hours remaining before the fine is due.
Thankyou for your co-operation

Who is Mr. Hawk? Never mind, I'm sure it's the stress of the job. Here's the deal. I was asked to investigate this by the BPA. I did that. You got involved and started talking about a fine I have seen no documentation of and evidence that doesn't exist. None of that matters. I'm through talking to you. If you want to collect a fine from Schultz'¦'¦go arrest him. If you want to hear from me again have one of your superiors contact me. Otherwise I and done with this little game.
One more little detail. The IMG contacted me about this privately. They don't seem to have a problem with this and they believe Schultz's story. We've had permission to dock on IMG bases because the Junker Congress has been working to stop Junker piracy of miners in the Omegas.
For this petty incident i am disturbed again! one mans word against another is all you have Sergeant Hone,
yet you side with the miner who has no proof it was is his ore, your job is done there i think?
no, you go and slander Congressman Schultz with names like scum and villainy,
you say your not a lawyer, yet you say trial quite a bit i hear! You go get your trial Mr Hone,
or is it Judge Hone!

Subject: Mr. Schultz
To whom it may concern:
We have no wish to cause an incident with your faction, and are satisfied at the progress the Congress has made having checked with the IMG. We will continue to be leniant with your group provided you are true to your word and ensure that those who don't understand the delicate balance of co-existance we share are kept well away from Bretonia.
Mr. Schultz will be place on the blacklist until such time as he either apologises to Oreland_Freitag or a fee of four million credits is paid to the BPA)Anvil for reparations to the BMM miner.
