A few days ago, a Bretonian Embassy Ship, called OCG|HMS-Middleton[LE], had entered Liberty space without any prior announcement from its government or itself. Thus, present Liberty forces had to follow procedures; They asked the ship to halt and requested answers regarding the intents of their visit. To which the Embassy refused to respond and throwed insults at members of the Liberty Security Force that were handling the scene. Said Embassy them claimed to have been allowed access by Fleet Admiral David Hale. Although, a talk with the Admiral proved these claims to be false. The vessel also claimed that the former Bretonian diplomatic vessel was destroyed by Liberty Rogues in 817.Something about which we were never informed as far as I know. During the exchange, 3 IAB) vessels joined the area and formed themselves around the embassy.
An unannounced Embassy vessel entering Liberty, throwing insults at the law enforcement members present, refusing to answer questions asked and providing false information to officials by using the name of someone influential to explain their presence made LSF forces order to open fire on ship upon suspicion of a Terrorist setup. LSF forces stood down when the impostor was considered inoffensive. A higher ranked official finally ordered the embassy and its IAB) escort to be escorted to Bretonian space under Liberty Forces escort.
Consequently, our government and its agencies are quite concerned by this situation and would like to know why it occurred. Your government can reply directly on this channel; Message will be automatically transmitted to my office and our lawful agencies high command.

Mister McKay,
I've been informed by the Captain of the Middleton that it was the LSF that started throwing the insults first. Now I don't know why you Libertorians would accuse a Captain acting on behalf of the Queen herself of such matters you've stated here.
The involvement of the IAB, under Director Regis Lawson was required to make sure that the Middleton was secure for a trip back home for defensive outfitting, which the Captain told the LSF Agent in charge at the time. By the time the MI5 agents arrived at the scene, they found than LSF Agent attacking the HMS Middleton, a civilian vessel.
Moving on from that subject,
I would ask you to go and research before you accuse the Bretonian Crown of false claims. I've picked up plenty of archives stored here at the Whitehall which have proof of a pirate attack on the HMS-Britannia in 817 AS, how your people failed to find these archives is beyond me.
As provided above, the Middleton was ordered to replace the HMS Britannia for Ambassador Lord William Henry Baterford himself, who remains at the Embassy on Planet Manhattan. I do however apologize on behalf of the Crown for not transmitting this vessels sudden replacement, as I must've forgotten to do so before, during, or after the revamp of the Parliament back here on New London, and that I assure you the same small mistake won't happen again.
I will however inform you that, Captain Richard Jacobson has been removed from duty onboard the Middleton following it's trip home and the active MI5 agents were debriefed regarding the situation. At the moment, the Middleton is being refitted and will be scheduled to return to Liberty space upon this situation being dealt with, and under more reasonable discussions.
Signed,
Sir Mark Howe - Her Majesties Faithful Government
