To the Rheinwehr crew and pilots currently in Kyushu,
The Emperor of Kusari has extended his gratitude and allowed our forces to leave the landing pads of the planet, in order to collaborate with the local law enforcement units.
That means, we now have a chance of flying together with the Kusarians on patrols, who I imagine would show us around the House, maybe teach us a few tricks and hopefully in turn we'll also have some knowledge to share. However, to do that, I was told to issue the following directives:
First of all: Stay above Kyushu if there's no need for us elsewhere. There's no need to stir up the hive by randomly flying around Kusari, there are a lot of voices, loud ones at that, that do not approve of our presence. You can get captured, killed or simply the media could jump to false conclusions. We don't want any of that.
Secondarily, follow every word the Kusari Naval Forces, Imperial Guard, KSP or KPT officers say. They are entrusted with keeping us alive and to do that, we've given them authority over our escort wings when performing internal defense tasks. I want no reports of badmouthing, non-compliance with orders or any sign of disrespect. Out here, they are in charge.
Enjoy the scenery, get some friends and most importantly of all, behave.
Signed,
Admiral Alec Voelkel,
Oberkommando der Rheinland Militär.

To the Rheinwehr crew and pilots currently in Kyushu,
The Seydlitz departed from Kusari under mixed escort without complications, if you are receiving this message, it means you stayed behind in Kusari for some reason.
As command was informed, the Emperor has given permit for the soldiers left behind to remain there for an extended period, however we would not like to abuse his Majesty's grace and get all Rheinwehr forces back home as soon as possible.
Generalleutnant Felicia Drum voluntarily remained behind to gather our wayward forces, the second departure will be organized by her and Leutnant Schuster. Make sure you're there or you will be left behind.
Signed,
Admiral Alec Voelkel,
Oberkommando der Rheinland Militär.
