I have a proposition for you, involving the Dallas Debris field in Texas.
As the fault can clearly be put on our shoulders due to what can only be seen as either lack of experience, or bad luck, with the Texas... incident; We would like to put into place a clean up initiative, 'Project Dallas', involving the removal of excess scrap metal in the field in question, with an end goal of reducing the radiation levels to a bearable level, no matter how long it takes.
Of course, we would like your go ahead on this, and potentially your assistance.
I do hope we can negotiate something that will keep us both happy.
I look forward to receiving your response.

Well, you definitely have my attention. I'll admit we have been putting as much effort into that field as we have been in other places. Manhattan just puts out so much trash you know. I'm curious as to your interest in Dallas. You aren't planning to build something there are you? Either way, I'm interested in hearing your proposal.
We are not planning on building anything there, we just feel we need to clean up after ourselves, and as I said earlier, the blame could well be put on us for the Texas incident.
A short run down on what we will be doing there is as follows:
We will get a barge set up outside Planet Chisos, near the field as an operations point for this project. That will be the only Large structure we will bring in, and at the end of this project we will take it with us. Ideally, we would like your permission to hire Junkers, to assist in this clean up. As I understand the Congress is busy, there are a few independent Junkers who have volunteered to do this, naturally, we will pay them well, and cover any repair costs they may incur while working with us. We have organised for some DSE mining ships to take part in the 'mining' of scrap metal, but your ships seem to be the only ones able to withstand the radiation for any amount of time, at its current levels. From the field, DSE haulers will bring the scrap metal to the barge, where another group of haulers will deliver it to the appropriate disposal facility.
Please let me know if you have any concerns with this.

It would be interesting to see another barge operating in that area. We have no problem with this. Let us know if we can assist you with these efforts.
Thank you for your offers of assistance, that extends back to you and your fellow Junkers as well.
Also, due to recent hostilities between DSE) and Kusari, and the rumors I have heard around Sirius about Kusari and Junkers increased hostilities, I will extend this offer of assistance in force to you and your fellow Junkers if requested, against Kusari pilots in Liberty, or Bretonian space.
There is one more request I have for involving 'Project Dallas'. As I had mentioned earlier, you're ships are the only ones who seem to be able to withstand the radiation for any decent length of time, I would like to obtain four CSF's from you, for this project, so the Congress and independent Junkers do not need to feel like they need to stop what they are currently working on to help us in our clean up mission. Naturally, we will still welcome any requests for work, and offers of assistance from any Junkers. These ships will be flying the Junkers colors, and be carrying Junker Identification papers, but we would like them to have the DSE) tag in the ship names, to signify those ships are a valued part of the Deep Space Engineering project 'Project Dallas'.
Please let me know your thoughts on this.

It was good to chat with you in space today. I really like the way you think. I definitely think we can work out a deal for the CSF's. We've been producing a good number of those lately. I'll definitely be in touch soon. I'll tell my guys to look out for you, they spend a lot of time flying through that area.

In reference to our chat, we are making the attempts now to bring in additional labor. There aren't many people looking to do this kind of work outside of my own people but we have found a few thousand that are willing to work in the Dallas debris field.
Fantastic, Additional workers are welcome to assist with this project, we need as many as we can get. Naturally, anyone who is involved will be offered accommodation including breakfast and dinner - Lunch is the only meal we will not be providing, unless there are circumstances that require us to do so, dental, and medical care will also be provided if they do not already have this organised. Before these new workers start, they will be required to pass a medical exam, and drug test, because working around radiation can be dangerous, as you know, and we do not wish to put the rest of our crew in danger because of these factors. Please let us know where these workers are currently situated, and I will organize appointments, and the required paperwork. Thank you for your help.
