The following database is to be used to track those individuals and groups whose existence is not to be suffered in Bretonian space. Any BAF Officer, or BAF allied person is expected to access this database to report those who, due to actions witnessed, deserve such consideration.
The amount of evidence required in the submission depends on the individual or group involved. Certainly, for instance, reporting a Kusari capital ship which does not use a IKN or KNF designation, requires no supporting evidence. However, if it is intended, for instance, to report a BMM Miner who, through extreme actions, has obviously fallen into rogue status, much evidence will be required in support of a Destroy on Sight designation; normally such a designation would never be assigned to a Bretonian citizen.
Note that SECONDARY FLEET CAPITAL SHIPS MAY NOT DESTROY TRADING OR MINING VESSELS, even those in this database.
ACTIONS WHICH CAN RESULT IN DESTROY ON SIGHT DESIGNATION
Generally those guilty of violations of the Laws of Bretonia shall find themselves afoul of the Armed Forces and other Bretonian factions and subsequently added to this database. The following summarizes specific actions:
-Simply carrying contraband and refusing to drop it is NOT considered justification for Destroy on Sight designation UNLESS a BPA Officer reports an incident justifying such measures in this channel. REPEAT offenders are justified to be reported, and added, to the destroy on sight list.
-Moving material out of Bretonia towards Kusari, and refusing to cease. Exceptions : Bretonian Corporations, IMG, and IND. Zoners may supply their freeports in the Taus.
-Assisting the enemies of Bretonia in any way during combat.
-Any ships mounting Kusari equipment who refuse to immediately unmount such equipment and present it at the nearest lawful Bretonian base, and leave it there.
-Anyone flying a Kusari military ship. Those flying Kusari Civilian ships are worthy of suspicion, and questioning, but not destruction unless their other actions make it logical.
-Any individual or group who attacks, or takes a bounty on, a BAF or allied vessel
-Any individual or group who takes a bounty on or otherwise murders an innocent third party in Bretonian space
-Any individual or group who refuses BAF, BPA, or IAB orders, reasonably given.
-Any individual or group who commit piracy in Bretonia. This could include rogue Privateers
-Any unauthorised Individual or group who enters Bretonia in a Capital Ship, and who refuses to leave when asked. Currently only the IMG|Pathfinder may operate within 30 k of the Hood, and the Zoner Capital Ship The Guardian Angel may operate in Dublin. Note that gunboats are not a concern compared to heavy capital ships.
This list shall be kept updated by the Bretonian Armed Forces
-Any pirate in Bretonia may be terminated immediately, then their identification included in this database via report.

The following two craft are to be added on the basis of unauthorized docking of an Armed Forces Battleship, refusal to obey an officer's order, and refusal to pay fines for such behavior. Station access rights for the following two vessels also need to be removed. The Bretonia Mining and Manufacturing leadership have decided to match this action.
Violator(s):
Kren - (Former) Bretonia Mining and Manufacturing Hegemon ExtractorX - (Former) Bretonia Mining and Manufacturing Hegemon
Kren - Kren, a Hegemon, showed up at Battleship Essex just after we finished dealing with the HMS Valient situation. I informed him that he should not be within the vicinity of Essex with a mining ship, and that he should relocate to Graves. He decided that he didn't "have time for this" and docked anyway. I informed him of the illegal nature of such action, and was ignored until he shut down his communications shortly thereafter.
ExtractorX - Similar to before, a Hegemon showed up at Essex and looked like it was about to dock with the battleship. I informed him that his ship was not to be in the area unless under attack or threat of attack, and was ignored. He docked anyway, and immediately shut down his communication system.
For both individuals, I issued a fine through the neuralnet to their addresses and received no response, nor fine payment. They were notified that refusal to pay the fine or appear to contest it would result in their being declared fugitives. The Bretonia Mining and Manufacturing leadership stated that they would match our decision and remove their docking rights to all bases of which they control.

While in the midst of training some new recruits, I received a message from Lieutenant Evyn about a couple Mollys and an Outcast about to engage a T&M Barge near the Dublin gate. Upon arrival, I told the Mollys and the Outcast to return to Dublin. The Outcast responded, refusing to do so, and then engaging the Barge immediately after. The two Mollys, Blodwyn O'Driscoll and Caitlyn Lovecraft joined in the attack. After the Barghest and Gunship were destroyed, we gave up pursuit on the Werewolf as it its engines were having ion fluctuation that threatened to explode, and were moving the craft erratically.
I went into Dublin to make sure the other side was clear for the Barge, Mothership, to enter. Once there I saw another Molly Barghest closing in on the gate. I ordered it to move away immediately, but instead he entered the gate. I followed him back and found him moving to engage the Barge. Caitlyn Lovecraft and Mr. Quinn are already present on this list.
