Greetings,
Leaders of IMG,CR & GMG my name is George morris i am here to propose a treaty between IMG,CR & GMG Against a common enemy The Cardamine Republic.I hate them because they killed my family just for fun on Freeport 10 5 years ago.I am a Millionaire now & have a big fleet of ships what is Propose is a Secret Organization NSTO[northern Sirius Treaty Organization] which will damage The Cardamine Republic from within Thankfully I have already Many Volunteers for this & they have their & mine ships But you see A small fleet of 40 ships cannot really Hurt/ damage Republic So i have come to you .You see The strength of Republic's navy depends on Their Growing trade of Cardamine & Slaves[Many Former IMG].
What I Want
This Organization will share Intel & Entire Information on The Cardamine Republic systems & Smuggle Routes Gathered by each Faction & The Fighting Tactics each faction Uses to Oppose The Cardamine Republic Raids.
What we can Gain
The end to the Killing of innocent civilians by the hands of The Cardamine Republic,End to the Evil drug Cardamine & libration of countless slaves.
I Await your decision.
To respected Leaders of CR,IMG & GMG
Your request has been forwarded to the Colonial Government.
You should however bear one thing in mind, there is no such thing as a 'Cardamine Republic' There has never been such thing, nor will there ever be one.
The influential people in the Maltese Nation abuse their influence gained by the drugs they spread, so you should never call it a Republic.

Greetings Morris-san
I am Guild Master Takeshi Ogawa. Even though we are aware that the Tau-37 - Tau-23 passage is a crucial cardamine route, we do not wish to fully blockade it since this will escalate things with the Outcasts to a full scale war which is something we neither wish to have nor able to stand victorious. All interceptions on cardamine transports from the IMG forces in this region is considered as counter-offensive and it is of course limited.

Good day sir,
I can fully understand your reasons for wanting to take revenge for your family. My condolences on their passing. However, what you propose would require committing the bulk of the security forces of all three parties, which in my opinion, is both unwise and unfeasable. The Maltan nation has it's own issues, which requires them to keep the bulk of their fleet out of the Taus. Us miners would like to keep it that way.
We prefer using mercenary forces, such as the Bounty Hunters, to ensure these cardamine transports remain few and know not to approach our own operations. Should you wish to exact revenge however, the Colonial military does run combat operations against the Outcasts, they would be your best bet.
That said, I personally would not object to extending the defensive alliance already in existance between the Colonial Republic and ourselves, to include the GMG. It is an organization I have great respect for.
Regards,
- Johnathan Sanders

Konban-wa Morris-san,
GMG is not a fractal loosely organized occupier of the Sigmas. We a very old, organized consolidated group who have rigidly held this space for 600 years. We can admit that the Outcast pilots are some of the most skilled pilots we've come across and, hai, they have proven to be an organization to be taken very seriously. I'd also like to add that our forces a fully waging a front into Beta system, their space, where we intend to occupy and commercialize that system. Currently our present dispute with out Kusari neighbours has slowed this down a great deal but we've learned the Outcasts are just as much a nuisance for Kusari as us. When out dispute with Samura and their supporters are concluded the matter of Beta will once again be renewed with confidance. I'm afraid we are not in any need of a Treaty at this time. Our matters are ours to deal with as we have successfully been doing for centuries.

Greetings,
Colonial Republic command have considered your proposal, yet we have to refuse. At this present time, we are stretched thin with various tasks, ranging from maintaining our growing economy to dispatching raiding parties towards Omicron Alpha. We are in no position to spare any ships, manpower, money or other resources in such project, especially since we do have our own spies and related agenda.
Therefore on behalf on Colonials as whole, I am entitled to refuse the offer.
