Mr.Gordon, now we are getting onto something, a colorful response and all. Now you got me intrigued, but tell me how exactly can you be useful to The Lane Hackers. We do share some similar goals, and I couldn't agree more about corruption within Liberty Navy and government. But there is a difference between saying something, and proving it to us. You see, I have trust issues, it comes with a life I lead. But well...I know everybody has a moment of truth when simulated with proper tools.
I am sure you have never heard of machine called Duality Neural Transimulator commonly known as "Reality Cracker" amongst the Lane Hackers. But I am very sure you have heard about Mr.O'Neal. Do not worry, we tend to avoid physical violence, fortunately every person has a reality barrier. Lets just call it a way to check that you are saying the truth about your group. Meanwhile in order to continue negotiations between our groups you must do a specific task for our organization. We want full scans of weaponry system, shielding and armor from 5 Liberty Navy capital ships, and 5 snubcrafts. You will present us exact callsign along with the scans of those ships. And of course, your commander won't be harmed as long these negotiations are in progress.
Allow me to introduce myself as Captain Scarlet Orias, CO of the Corona Battegroup, a few hours passed, it came to my attention you are holding one of my men. And I find that somewhat galling, considering we are trying to extend something of a hand of friendship. Perhaps, howerver, I have missunderstood, it could be quite easy to missunderstand such a situation. If so, and he is in fact a simple guest to your organisation, I would ask to speak with him.
I'm sure such a small act of trust between our, hopefully soon-to-be close organisations would cost you little, and I will await your favourable reply. We brook no ill-will towards you in this, tentative phase in relations, as I'm sure you're including every effort to quickly resolve this.
On a personal note. I do share a friendship with Commander O'neal, and would aprieciate his safe return.
My best Regards,

A pleasure Miss Orias, that you have decided to show up as well. I hope you didn't take me for barbarian, I simply stated your commander is with us, in good hands of course. We picked up his pod near LA planet after his ship was shot down. As I said, until some kind of agreement is made, you will be treated as regular navy patsies.
We do share the same lack of trust apparently, I can't hold it against you. And as I already mentioned we are not savages, merely tacticians when it comes to things that concern our organization. So you wanted to see your man, give me couple of minutes.
*Paco walks away from the screen into the next room, only sounds of background opera music can be heard. He walks to Svengali who is whispering something into O'Neals ear. "Mr.Svengali, is the subject ready for public appearance ?" Svengali threw a mysterious glance towards the prisoner then turned to Paco. "Yes Mr.Pistols, I made him ready". Paco returns to the screen with Commander O'Neal next to him*
Here Miss Orias, we even gave him some headache medicine to neutralize effects of pod's stale oxygen. Enjoy in your wicked dialogues while I fill my cardi pipe.
Mike seems to be unable to focus his sight on the communicator.
- Commander? - he mumbles quietly - I thought... thought I heard your voice...
- Did they get home? The... the Jade kids? Did they... get to Yukon?
He recovered a bit.
- Commander, those people... they treat me well here... I agreed to all this... I just need to have your permission...
He passed out for a few second and recovered back to state that someone could describe as "barely conscious"...
-Co... commander?
Commander O'Neal. One of them did. The other wasn't so lucky.
Thank you Mister Pistols. For putting my concerns to rest. My Comunications officer will be in touch with you to thash out something mutualy benefitial
My best Regards,

Now before we give you those scans, we would like to make several things very clear. First of all, in exchange for the scans we demand the safe return of Commander O'Neal. Second, if we are going to give you the scans we will require a certain amount of respect during the rest of the negotiations between our two parties since the respect given to each other seems pretty lopsided at the moment. I understand your need for discretion but we have been trying to treat you with understanding and consideration and in return you take one of our high ranking officers hostage. I am not saying that in return for the scans we demand an alliance but merely that you start to treat us as potential allies instead of treating us as "regular navy patsies" and until the negotiations come to a definite conclusion, for better or worse, some compromises, such as neutrality between our parties, be made.
But you see, you got it all wrong. You aren't a potential allies for us, you can only be neutral in such way that we avoid mindlessly shooting each other. Unless you start importing tons of cardamine on daily bases into Liberty I can't see nothing more then neutrality between us. Also if you are shooting our allies such as Liberty Rogues, that won't get you in good position.
No, you will not demand anything. You will not get your man back until I get those scans and until we finish our interrogation, and you are not in position to bargain. If you want to test how viciously evil I can be you are free to do so. Otherwise flunky, start sending those scan files.
Very well, we now understand now that, while their are rumors about the fact that you are fighting to end the corruption of the corporations in Liberty space, you are as corrupt as those corporations you seek to topple. It my very well be that you may have had a just cause in the past but as of now all I can interpret from your messages are you are just common pirates. Your own statement proves this point, "Unless you start importing tons of cardamine on daily bases into Liberty I can't see nothing more then neutrality between us". Since apparently the idea of feeding your own pleasure is more appealing then us helping accomplish your own goal of the destruction of the corrupt corporations that plague Liberty. I personally hope that one day you come to your senses but until then I realize that their is no hope for a friendship or even a neutrality between our two parties since as far as I can tell you are just another representation of the corruption we hope to one day destroy.
Now I ask one more time for the release of Commander Mike O'Neal. If he is not released our Combat Division will be forced to take more drastic steps concerning the Lane Hackers and will be ordered to seek your comrades out and destroy them. I imagine these steps will cause much unwanted bloodshed on both sides and I hope there is at least enough common sense left in your head to see this. However, we will not be providing said scans to you since we don't believe that you will use them to help destroy the corruption growing within Liberty. If you choose to keep O'Neal as a hostage or worse, please let him know that the rest of the Corona Battlegroup's High Command is sorry we won't be able to help him but it is the right choice and I am sure he will agree.
You see flunky, I do not need to explain it to you. If you tried cardamine your mind would be enhanced enough that you could see a big picture, now you're just confined to that small space in your head. While I don't see need for threats since we obviously proven you superiority of our pilots by capturing your commander, I will be more then pleased to release commander O'Neal.
Lets play a game.
Commander O'Neal had been released in Kansas system. He was left in the pod that has oxygen supplies for 24 hours. You have a chance to save him or to let him die, the main question is....which sector should you look in ?
A single move saves Commander's life. What we are looking at here, is a single move to checkmate. Its your move, you are playing as White.
You see Commander O'Neil is a synthesizer, trying to bring in as much as he can. I am an analyzer, trying to leave out as much as I can. Tick ! Tack ! The time is running out. It was my pleasure to negotiate with you.
