[font=agency fb]To our esteemed Colleagues at Deep Space Engineering ,
My name is Terrance Falcon, founder and CEO of Falcon Enterprises. I come to you with a modest business proposal that I hope will benefit both of our respective corporations. You see, Falcon Enterprises is currently in the market for a barge-type vessel, for storage purposes among other things, and we are looking for suitable construction facilities within our area of interest, and decided that Baltimore shipyards would be more than adequate for these purposes. We’d like to know what the cost would be to rent one of Baltimore’s drydocks and associated teams of engineers and laborers for the purposes of constructing a Barge, as well as what the cost in resources would be should you agree.
I hope you’ll see how this arrangement benefits you –what with the compensation for use of your facilities– and I hope you’ll respond soon with the necessary information.
Sincerely,
Terrance Falcon,
CEO of Falcon Enterprises
Congratulations on your ever growing prosperity, and may the fortunes of trade be swift into your pockets.
Formalities over with, it is a great pleasure to have such a project come about on our Baltimore Shipyard. Vessel production has slowed over the last few months, and as such the ship-builders are getting bored and taking up tobacco smoking. To do something different will only spark the enthusiasm my staff once had.
Now as for the cost for us to build your Barge, we require the sum of five hundred and two million credits to be paid in full to the registrar upon ship ownership transfer. This job will take my staff three months to complete, as we currently have no other ship-building projects designated at this time.
However we will require certain components we are short on to ensure that the job gets completed on schedule, and in good quality. I require your organization to complete the list below in good haste.
Components Required,
5000 x Ship Hull Panels
2500 x Engine Components from Duluth Shipyard specifically.
2500 x High Temp Alloy
2000 x Optronics
2000 x H-Fuel
1000 x Nano-Capacitors
If you can get these to Baltimore Shipyard as soon as you can, I can ensure your vessel is ready by the projected completion date.
If this is satisfactory, please accept and sign the agreement.

We're glad that you have accepted our request to construct one of those colossal ships at your shipyard. The sum of five hundred and two million credits (502.000.000) has been paid to the registry and the resources that you requested will soon be arriving.
Sincerely,
Terrance Falcon,
CEO of Falcon Enterprises
