We have entered open conflict with Bretonia. The aforementioned conflict is one we cannot afford with liberty breathing down our necks. We must either sue for peace on Bretonia's terms, or we must crush them until they plead for mercy. I myself enjoy the thought of the second option. That, gentleman, is where we come in.
Operations have already been going on for some time in the Kepler, Magellan, Cortez, and Galileo systems: Trade interdiction operations. So far, they have seen limited success in stalling Liberty's economy. Now however, we have the upper hand. Bretonia only has one trade route left open to them, and liberty only two. If we can shut down Bretonia's only link to the outside world completely, their corporations will be lobbying the government for peace by the end of the week. Don't forget, these Bretonian corporations pressured their weak government into conflict in the first place. By doing this, we will be striking at the heart of the matter.
Due to the settings and circumstances outlined above, Command is diverting ALL personnel (with exception of personnel already occupied with assigned objectives) to the Cortez and Magellan systems. Your orders are to prevent any and all trade from passing through those two systems.
Unrestricted interdiction warfare.
Gott speed mien herren. Let's make Bretonia bleed.

Ahh, Herr Direktor,
You fill my heart with joy - This is exactly zhe action a man like me needs.
Zhe Ausländers need to be shown who has zhe upper hand here, or zhey will be crushed by zhe might of zhe mighty Rheinland Flotte.
I am now moving my latest biggest gun to zhe ordered systems. Expect me there soon, no transports will pass with zhe cargo in zhe hold while I am there, trust me.
