To whom it may concern.
As you are no doubt aware, the Rheinland government has recently unveiled its expansionist, imperialistic desires in the Omegas, declaring an unconditional state of war against Bretonia. Due to this, Bowex would be extremely interested in opening a dialogue with your organisation.
In the past we have shared cordial relations, with your agents being reasonable in their demands and our transports being generous in their donations. I like to think there is a strong sentiment of sympathy and support for the Landwirtrechtbewegung within Bretonia too - and certainly within Bowex.
We at Bowex feel it is time that we compounded these vague feelings of support into something more concrete. For now, at the very least, we would like to strengthen your supply lines - get you the goods you require. We can help you do what you need to do, while removing dependency on the groups we presume you currently use, like the Junkers.
In return, we would ask one favour of you. If you are interested, please contact me in this transmission.

To Mr Müller.
I am glad you are willing to hear us out on this matter, Mr Müller. The favour relates to intelligence. Possibly one other thing too, should you remain interested at that point. In short, Bowex needs to acquire knowledge of some highly discrete passages into and out of the Stuttgart system and the nearby Omegas - the jump hole networks. As the Stuttgart system's dominant faction, we assumed you and yours would be best suited to aiding us. We believe your expert knowledge of the system would be invaluable.
You will of course be wondering why we need this information. I will level with you on the matter - you could not be expected to trust us unless we were being completely open and honest with you, after all. A number of Bretonian families and citizens were stranded on Planet Baden Baden when war was declared. They are currently hiding in the highlands in order to avoid the Rheinwehr's attentions. Very soon, Bowex is going to stage an infiltration operation in order to extract them, and courier them back to Bretonian territory.
Due to the Bundestag's current stance on Bowex (they don't particularly like us), using the trade lanes or Omega 7 jump gate would be suicide, due to the TLAGSNET systems. That is why we need your assistance. In return for this, we can source you just about any goods you could possibly need - within reason.
Now, as you are no doubt aware, Bretonia is the only House that has not be subjected to Synth Foods' influence. Our government has always had a strict policy of preventing the corporation from gaining a foothold on our breadbasket world of Cambridge. This fact directly ties in to our second favour. For this operation, we require a distraction to draw patrols away from Baden Baden. A vocal and noisy disturbance in northern or western Stuttgart would do the trick admirably. Combat would not be required - just that the forces of the [RM] and BDM were drawn away.
In return, we would be willing to exert pressure on the government to open an amnesty for your pilots and their families. We would sponsor those volunteers who decided to take us up on the offer in establishing farmsteads on Cambridge. We understand you have a duty your House's citizens to fight the wrongs that beset Stuttgart, but this offer would provide security and comfort for those you hold dearest. I pray that you'll at least consider this second offer, good sir.
You will find the things you requested attached to this message
I will prepare a lost of goods soon.
About your second favor, this for sure is a risky one, but if you stand to your word it is worth it. We would require a time and a place for the distraction.

To Mr Müller.
Thank you for the information provided, Mr Müller. Myself and my infiltration team are already using the data to establish a plan - approach and extraction vectors, and such. Your information will be essential in the upcoming operation. As a repayment, we will of course set our most experienced transport captains to the task of delivering your requested cargo. Now, there are two ways this could be acheived, depending on your dedication to internal security. If you do not wish for our transports to know your stations' locations, we could transfer the cargo to your own ships mid-flight. This of course carries the risk of damaged or spoiled freight. The safest and most efficient option would be for us to deliver diretly to you.
Now, on to the second request. This operation will probably be taking place exactly one week from now, on Tuesday the 19th. The specific time will be released closer to the date, to yourself and participating infiltrators. We don't want this knowledge in the public domain, you see, and the more people that know the greater the chance of interception there is. For now, I've decided it would be safest if the knowledge remained within my and the DO's heads. As for the location - well, you know where you can cause the most damage and trouble, I am sure. It is imperative that Baden Baden is completely cut off from Planet Stuttgart, however.
Because of this, an ideal site for a blockade would be on the trade lane between Baden Baden and Planet Stuttgart. Alternately, you could hit the lanes between Stuttgart and the New Berlin jump gate or Stuttgart and Freiburg Station. Either would draw attention away from Baden Baden. As a matter of a fact, we could probably contract an independent shipper or two to 'accidentally' run into your forces and rather loudly squeal for help.
Now, we've also had it brought to our attention that the LWB underwent a merger with the Rheinlandic group known as the Unioners, resulting in the "Arbeitergewerkschaft". This does not affect our business relationship, but I must clarify a few important points: our offer of resupply only applies to the installations of the LWB. What you do with those supplies once you have them is yours to decide, of course. Similarly, our offer of rehousing on Planet Cambridge only applies to the pilots and families of the LWB. In a similar vein, the amnesty works on the condition that those who take the offer settle down on the planet. This is not an offer to allow active combat pilots to base attacks from there.
